The products are outstanding, however, the delivery time is incredibly long, still waiting for my last purchase to arrive.

Found them a lot smaller than UK shoes even though I ordered correct UK size so my daughter has done really well as she's a UK size smaller than me so personally I won't order from Oryndra again. Shoes themselves were very nice.

The 4pairs of footwear I ordered are brilliant but the cardigan was absolutely not as described or as shown in the sales picture, it is just a cheap fleece ,nothing like as advertised. I requested a return and refund on 10 August,you offered me a full refund and £10 credit as a gesture of goodwill which I told you I would accept but since then you have not given me the refund or answered my subsequent messages. Until now this is sorted I will not be placing further orders. Christine.

Quality and affordable outfits coupled with amazing customer service.

The product is excellent value for money but the delivery time is simply awful. I paid for priority but frankly a waste of money.
Because the product was good I have ordered another pair. Sadly delivery still v poor, in fact some weeks after ordering I'm still awaiting delivery.

I’ll repeat what I told you last time.
Although your company’s products seem to be of a god quality, your customer service is probably one of the worst I have ever experienced.
Having paid for a so-called”priority delivery” it took 2 months for me to get my order. This only happened after I had complained to PAYPAL that you had not delivered my order. You claimed initially that you had delivered my order, but then changed your response. to claim that you hadn’t been able to deliver my order because you didn’t have my address. This could not have been true, because you must have had my address from PAYPAL, when I made the order.
Having finally received my order I have sent you numerous emails asking if you could exchange my order for a smaller size. You have number responded to any of my emails.

Still waiting reply to numerous messages requesting size of inside leg of trousers if you are unable to release that simple information I see not future in buying from you

I like shopping at Olyndra online as I like the quality of the items that I purchased...great style, high quality materials and good value for money. The only thing is that delivery is not always predictable.

Very, very comfortable shoes at a very reasonable price and they look very good.
Delivery time was a little longer than I would have preferred.
Four stars instead of five, due to metal tag on one of the shoes laces missing; so shoe looks a little strange

I've bought 2 comfortable pair of shoes 👞 from Olyndra and they are class to look at but more importantly the most comfortable footwear I've worn and will be ordering a 3rd pair shortly, excellent company that update you on delivery from beginning to my home.

Lovely shoes ordered 2 colours and 2 pairs of each for size. Didn't even try the other size on and they are very reluctant to issue a refund. 1st I was offered a 75% store credit. Then offered a 10% if I didnt send them back. Tried to push that i had to send to international depot for return. Twice asked for return address and
not given as yet. You only get 14 days to return as well.
It's a nightmare. Please be warned that trying to return an item they make it as difficult as possible.

Please allow zero stars as this company does not merit One star. Advertised as London company. Packing ‘London’ all over it. Correspondence making out to be London. Ordered in UK size was sent wrong EU size. Advertised as orthopaedic but foot bed lining was wrong way round - the bump to raise instep was on right side of the shoe. Inferior quality.
Advertised free UK Postage but despite the package having a depot in Cannock as their Return address ( I googled the post code) you have to return goods to CHINA AT YOUR EXPENSE. Several emails back and forth pointing this out of no avail so my packet has reached Shanghai so I wait to see if I get full refund and postage. I know I won’t get postage back even though I’m getting bombarded with - you have credit - spend in 2 days. Limited number of mystery parcels for ‘special customers’. They deserve 5 stars for misleading, lying, spinning stories, and making out this is a London company. The nearest to London is flying over before China freight lands.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. TEAR UP YOUR MONEY INSTEAD. YOU WILL GET MORE SATISFACTION I KNOW I’VE BEEN CONNED.

I'd give even less than 1 star.
This company floods you with special offers and great deals and then you buy something and it takes at least 4 weeks to arrive... if it arrives at all... I'm still waiting.
Customer service are useless

They suggested reaching out to customer service after they read this review... after I had done this 3 times previously..
The shoes still havent arrived, I doubt they ever will!
