Have bought 2 pair of orthopaedic shoes and am thrilled with them well made and so comfortable would highly recommend 👌

I had a query which was responded very quickly and satisfactorily. Great customer service.
Ordering was easy online and I was kept informed of delivery.

Ordered a pair of shorts, looked heavy duty in dark green. Parcel arrived 10days later. Very dissapointed , completely different colour and a material similar to the old shell suits. First email no reply. Got a reply to second one, can be returned at my cost. Called at post office for a price, £25. Shorts cost £ 28 .I could get a refund of 10%, joke.
How can these people get away with sending wrong goods out and not have any come back
Don't use Olyndra London/ China. Waste of money

reply from Olyndra to get in touch with customer service. I have done this already.

I have purchased a few pieces from Olyndra London some excellent and others not quite up to standard, fortunately customer support is there to sort things out.
I recommend their Ultra light down jacket, size large for me is a very good fit, I am a size 12 - 14 5ft and 8 stone, even the sleeves are the right length. I am so happy with this purchase I bought two.

I've had some lovely pieces from Olyndra, but occasionally the fabric doesn't look quite the same as in the on line picture. The company allowed a credit so I could order something elst. Great service.

Just awful too ages to come, dress I ordered is absolutely massive material, is horrible thin & cheap looking will cost me more than I paid for it to send back. Will give to a charity shop good luck to them selling it!

I am more than unhappy with my last experience and I am sure that you would not want me to put this on Trust Pilot which I have now done as your email again bounced back. The other e mail address given is ignored. I wanted to return a dress (way too big) and a jacket that had been sent in the wrong shade of green and also too big, but the cost to return was extortionate, over the price £35 and would not cover what I would get in return. I had previously ordered a pair of trainers, another pair was added to the order in error. This was cancelled immeduately, but my money was not returned as promised and I had to accept a credit note for trainers I did not receive. I eventually used this to purchase a dress and added money to get the jacket as there is a minimum spend. All emails have not been responded to. As I say not happy. OLYNDRA LONDON sounded UK based. It is not. It is China. The dress was beautiful and I would have loved this in the smaller size but I am done with you and your company now.
As before I do not expect a response from you. You have not acknowledged any previous e mails, so why would you now.

I waited a long time for my order 26/7, received it today - 17/8. When I opened the parcel I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the items and immediately requested a refund for the 3 items. I’ve had much better quality from Temu at a fraction of the cost. I certainly will not be purchasing anything else from Olyndra London.

Great customer experience easy to contact, Goods are great quality and kept in touch throughout delivery. Some great offers and discounts always .

For the price, you couldn't go wrong with these shoes, they are so comfortable, I bought 3 pairs. They can easily be worn with casual and beach wear, but under smart trousers, they look good to.

I discovered Olyndra by accident, starting with the comfortable trainers. I then saw an autumn/winter sports suit and I was just as pleased with that too. And not to mention the prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent service all round. A good range of products, especially footwear,
easy ordering, special offers, super value and no delivery issues. Shoes are so good I went back for more in different colours.

Stay well clear of this Company. Shoes i bought i couldnt even get on .Now i am suppose to send them back to China !! Tracked i might add. If i had known they were conning people i would have stayed well clear. Should have read the reciews first . Please dont buy from these people

Finally found shoes that are perfect for me. So comfortable and easy to put on and get off again. I am a below knee amputee and have problems with my left foot also.

I am a bit disappointed as I have emailed several times to the address stated to ask for an exchange for a bigger size on my two pairs of shoes but nobody is responding to me and yet I keep getting sales emails from them. Why is nobody responding to my emails???

Everything came on time. Great quality

I have yet to receive my coat purchased on 25th July despite many emails. Tracking says it should have been despatched on the 26th. Every time I message from Olyndra they say it's a priority. They even charged me for priority delivery!

I have shopped with Olyndra 3 times now first I ordered a pair of sneakers in white which were so comfortable, real leather orthopaedic.but you would never know that to look at so I ordered another pair in black.i have complete faith in the payment process as you can pay with PayPal as well. The service is faultless and materials are of high standard so much so I have gone on to order a jacket and also a dress the styles are beautiful and I have received discounts its a no brainer. I highly recommend you give it at lease a look im sure you will be pleasently surprised as I was.
