I have shopped with Olyndra 3 times now first I ordered a pair of sneakers in white which were so comfortable, real leather orthopaedic.but you would never know that to look at so I ordered another pair in black.i have complete faith in the payment process as you can pay with PayPal as well. The service is faultless and materials are of high standard so much so I have gone on to order a jacket and also a dress the styles are beautiful and I have received discounts its a no brainer. I highly recommend you give it at lease a look im sure you will be pleasently surprised as I was.

I have not yet received the items although all the reviews look first class so I am optimistic that they will absolutely meet my needs.
What is first class? However is the customer service from Olyndra. I made a mistake as I’ve only recently moved address and didn’t doublecheck the address when I clicked on order. I emailed and messaged company straight away and they were able to intervene and ensure that the shoes were sent to the correct address. This is exactly what you want from a company that when things go wrong, they fix them for you even if it is your own stupid fault.
I am sure I will review the shoes once I receive them to see if they live up to the previous reviews. I really hope so.

Seriously need to get better return policy

Customer service non existent, emailed them numerous times to return an order only to receive no reply, won’t be using again

Appalling. Was sent the wrong size shoes and told that I needed to return them to China at my expense to get a refund. I think this is more a scam than a real store.

Useless company, take your money and don’t deliver, to be fair customer service has always replied to E Mail but the fact remains the item did not turn up. Don’t get fooled into pay over the odds for delivery it is definitely not worth it. The problem may lie with the delivery company the chose to use but that’s not the customer problem

I would not shop again from this shop as the jacket I purchased was rubblsh! Also i was guaranteed a discount for keeping another jacket and didn’t receive it! I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Stay clear.

Bought shoe's, wouldn't let me return them just offering 10% refund, poor communication, poor service definitely wouldn't use them again.

The items I ordered arrived looking nothing like they were pictured/ advertised. No way, are they anything like what l paid for.
I feel ROBBED.

The products themselves are 5 star, but the time taken to deliver is appalling. When rracking my parcels they seem to go for weeks with a message there may be a delay in delivery and with no further explanation

Fabulous products. Great customer service.
Delivery is a bit too long sometimes but worth the wait once you actually receive the items they are really so good

Hello...i have sent emails re the knitted cardigan that had no wool in it , as it was a piece of nylon with a fitted pattern on it..the flip flops i bought were flimsy..i requested a refund as ive not heard off you at all...im very disappointed..as I do not have money to waste..
Please do not buy these products as they are not as photoed or stated on the Web page.

What I dislike is being bombarded with emails and offers whilst waiting for my current order to arrive. Regardless of value of offer there is no chance of me reordering something until I receive my existing order. Not good practice !

I was skeptical at first as the item was displayed via a pop-up. However, I was so impressed that I placed another order. Extremely happy with the shoes, which were exactly as described.

Bought a pair on size 9 shoes in blue!
They are so comfy that i bought another pair in black. Very helpful and efficient service. Lots of discount available too! 😁
