Bringing a full fibre network to your community takes a lot of planning, digging, cabling and installing – but, don’t worry, if we need to dig in your street, it should only take a few weeks. Once it’s in, your full fibre network is capable of being up-cycled continually, so you won’t be seeing our diggers again for a very long time, unless we need to quickly repair something.
Once it’s installed, full fibre broadband is pretty reliable. But of course things can go wrong from time to time with the network, your equipment or our services. We monitor the network 24/7, dealing with known problems straight away; so even if the Customer Care team isn’t available, our Ogi Engineers will still be busy repairing any issues we spot – hopefully before you even notice.

I recently moved house and used Ogi, and I can honestly say the service has been outstanding from start to finish. I especially want to recognise Alexandra Lock from the sales team. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely cared about making everything go smoothly for me.
Alexandra kept in touch throughout the process, answered every question with patience, and made what could have been a stressful time feel simple and supported. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such warmth, and she absolutely deserves recognition for it.
Huge thanks to Ogi and an extra big thank you to Alexandra you’re a credit to the company!

Regret signing up with this company
Terrible company. The internet was unreliable from the very first day even though it was supposed to be fibre. During installation the engineer was about to dig up the pavement outside my home after carrying out an inspection. I had to point out that there was already a connection point on the house, so the pavement didn’t need to be touched.
Throughout the entire contract the connection kept causing problems. It would slow down, drop out, or stop working completely. Every time I contacted them I was told the issue was somehow my fault.
After sticking it out for the full year they then doubled the price for the second year and added an April increase on top. When I decided to cancel they charged me a much higher rate for being out of contract and insisted on 30 days notice even though the contract had already ended.
Awful experience from beginning to end.

Excellent service from OGI, my internet went off and I made a phone call to OGI and within 2 hours a guy came called Ben Davies and resolved the issue within an hour. His communication and work ethic is second to none he’s a huge credit to OGI

WOW!! FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE!
WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! First Class Service from start to finish!!! From the minute we signed up via the telephone, the service has been outstanding!! I didn’t take the name of the lady I dealt with during sign up but please track her down as she was phenomenal! My installers Harvey and Robson deserve a special mention - they were outstanding and the installation was seamless!! Everything was checked, the work neat and all explained throughly! Excellent members of the team and an absolute credit to Ogi!

After phoning Ogi to organise the switchover, everything ran smoothly and as I was told. Changeover happened on the date I was told and the engineers turned up on time, walked me through what they were going to do and then carried out the job efficiently and left the house clean and tidy. They walked me through using the app and showed me how to use the app to set up and control my Internet. So far it has been reliable and actually boosted the signal to the back of the house. Also, a week later I was contacted by Ogi rep. Ruby to go through how everything went, my contract, price and speed and how they would contact me. She also helped with ad control. Excellent customer service, competitive price and so far reliable Internet. So far, 10 out of 10

Excellent Install Service
Adrian D and Steffan H arrived at property earlier than expected (which was great), and work was carried out in excellent fashion with minimal disturbance. Very friendly and helpful and gave me all the info I needed to get setup, whilst ensuring that the service was up and running. Excellent service 10/10. Highly recommend.

Alexandra was extremely helpful
Alexandra was extremely helpful, after having an issue with Virgin and the initial set up for our broadband we were looking for a different broadband provider, after with a in length discussion Alexandra informed me of the route in which Ogi use for their broadband which was really reassuring (as Virgin informed me it may take months for them). Alexandra’s advice and support with this made myself and my partner want to sign up to Ogi straight away.
Definitely a 10/10 customer service experience there, Thank you Alex ☺️

Inefficient OGI Customer Service
I needed to contact customer services today as we have been unable to access the Internet at home this morning and consequently could not do the planned work needed .
I just needed to know if it was an issue exclusive to our address or a wider issue with OGI .
The telephone reply to be fair was quite speedy but the colleague refused to speak to me as the account was in my husband’s name , I wasn’t asking for confidential information just a request about Internet functionality. When I said I couldn’t contact my husband, she cut the call .
Can’t understand the rudeness.
Personally , I deal with EE and have never once had an issue with them , staff have always been friendly and polite and will do anything they can to help and advise . It is my opinion that OGI Customer Services can learn from EE.

What an appalling Service.
What an appalling Service.
My poor grandparents have been poached by a salesman at the door to take on their service. They have had problems with their internet and phone line from day one. Their telephone number has been changed to random 0330 number, customer care don't even know why or be in a position to help us when all they want to do is cancel - if you have vulnerable loved ones protect them, do not let them go with OGI who are unhelpful, don't seem to know what's going on themselves.
