These shirts are very low quality
These shirts are very low quality. I received one that said it could be dried on low. It came out twisted and crooked and unwearable. I emailed Lauren at customer service who informed me their shirts can NOT be dried. Since it didn’t know that and that’s not what the instructions say I asked for a refund. She refused bc they don’t refund for washed items. I also never received part of my order and I’ve contacted Lauren asking and she will not answer me. She responds but it has nothing to do with where my order is or a tracking number. This place is definitely a scam. These same shirts can be found at other companies including Amazon. Order from one of them.

Regarding the care of your items, most of our t-shirts can certainly be dried. Please wash and dry your items according to the manufacturer care instructions on the item labels. As care does vary by design and t-shirt type.
All of our items are of course eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase if not used or washed. Also, tracking is showing delivery of your items has been completed. Sent the wrong color shirt and didn’t care to offer to waive shipping so I can purchase the correct color and have it delivered in time for a gift. Also slow to respond and generally more expensive than other sites and for what? The customer service sucks and prices are more expensive. I should’ve check trust pilot before buying from them.

Over a month and still waiting on 2 shipments to 2 different addresses. The response I get is "orders delivered" & to check neighbor or local post office. I've been scammed before and it's not the end of the world but I want everyone else to know what kinda P.O.S. these S.O.B's are.

They sold my information to scammers.
I’ve never once gotten a call, text or email from scammers. The next day after I place my order. I got a scam call claiming to be Verizon, scam text message claiming to be USPS. And a fake PayPal receipt in my email. It’s also been a week since I placed my order and still no shipping email. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down.

All payment information provided to us is done through secure checkout on our site. By law, we do not receive full payment information provided to us by customers. We receive partial card numbers and they are automatically run by the card processers when a customer checks out in the store. In fact, when a customer checks out with PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, we don't even see partial card numbers. These services handle everything payment related and are in charge of payment information.

Why Gawd??
Every shirt outa the 5 for $40 is not even close to anything I've been a fan of. Mixed bag is right. The 'super soft' shirts I selected and paid extra for are also not what I received. And my receipt conveniently doesn't show those selections either. The Ministry logo is crooked and the Pantera shirt is a Hanes long sleeve made out of sandpaper. Don't bother ordering from this site. I'd love my $150 back but according to the rest of these reviews I'm better off just keeping em.

Order status changed to Partially Shipped
I only received part of my order and sent an email to Official Band Shirts, but did not get a response. They don’t have a phone number to call and clearly lack in the customer service department based on my experience as well as prior reviews. I’ll be disputing part of the charge for the shirt that I did not receive unless the shirt is either shipped or I receive a response with an update.

Canadian customers beware of additional cost
Ordered shirts. Googled reviews and found all these! Tried to cancel but it was too late. It took about 3 -4 weeks to receive my order and all came as described. Very happy with the quality, although all 3 women’s mediums shirts fit a little different. I recommend sizing up. Also if you are from Canada there is an additional $30 duty charge ..that I was not expecting.

Canadian Buyers Beware
I ordered a Men's XL shirt. When it arrived, it seemed like an XL youth shirt rather than men's, so of course it didn't fit and I wanted to return it.
They charged me $35 for shipping to Canada, so the total for one t-shirt was $70.
When I expressed my concern to the company over the incorrect sizing and requested a refund, I was told that they would refund me $35 (not the $35 shipping).
I understand that shipping is my responsibility and I chose to pay it, but if the item is sized incorrectly, why should I pay another $35 to ship it back to NY?
Returns are NOT hassle-free; this transaction cost me $70 and I ended up with nothing.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company, especially if you are in Canada.

As mentioned on the item pages and in the returns section of our store, unfortunately free returns and exchanges are only available within the USA.
We do offer free worldwide shipping for all orders $100+. This is automatically applied to all orders once this total is reached. We certainly do not charge $35 for shipping anywhere in the world. Perhaps what you are referencing are import duties/taxes charged to you by your local postal service for importing goods from abroad. Unfortunately we do not have control over local import laws and fees charged within your country (Canada).

Bad experience so far
I have tried various ways to contact them to simply tell me status of my order. I ordered on 12/14/23.
Now I read these reviews. They already have payment of 88$. I will be reporting to FTC tomorrow
Update: I did call FTC. a report was filed. Eventually I received the Tshirts. The problem with this company is communication. Tshirts are fine. And remember the FTC is all about consumer relations. Bad communication making people worry is part of that.

I bought a shirt for a Xmas gift on 12/6. It's 12/13 & it has still not shipped. The account shows "awaiting fulfillment". Whatever that means. There is no contact telephone and no way to cancel the order. It was to have been received by 12/11. I think this site is a fraud.

I now have almost 300 rock n roll…
I now have almost 300 rock n roll tshirts as I collect them. I bought a Jimi Hendrix t-shirt from Official Band tshirts and I never received it as they sent it to the wrong address. After proving to Official Band Tshirts that they sent it to the wrong address they decided to quit replying to any msgs at all and before I proved it there customer service people were so rude to me. I bought almost 50 tshirts from these guys in the last year alone and they refuse to replace or refund my 42.95 so they will never get another order from me ever as they are just such a disappointment as a company. Don't buy from these people as they could care less about the customer.

This company deserves a 0 rating but it was not an option. I bought a tshirt that had Bruce Wayne face on a vintage looking political background poster with the words For President on it at the bottom. However, the words For President were missing which loses the whole meaning of the tshirt. I contacted them through email and they told me to send them pics of the shirt showing the missing words. I did that right away but they emailed back saying pics weren't attached. After 3 more emails attaching pics to them, they still were saying no pics received. Come on, on all my sent emails, they show the pics attached. They are just saying this on purpose trying to lay blame on me not attaching the pics. I am well capable of attaching pics in emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

overpriced…Cheap Materials
Do not waste your money on these T-shirts. Over priced for thin cheap material. $40 for a shirt that is almost see through. The hem at the bottom of shirt bunches up after washing. This is straight up Walmart quality.

The shirt was too expensive for what…
The shirt was too expensive for what you get. The shirt was a thin piece of crap. Bought an XL that was more like a large. The logo was not across the chest like it should be, it was more around my neck. Last but not least, the logo was thin and poor quality.
