Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Purchased several shirts for my son for his birthday over two weeks ago. While some things claim to have been ‘shipped’ nothing has arrived. They have been sitting somewhere in NY marked as ‘delivered to front door’ - meanwhile I live in Canada. Will be disputing with my CC company.
When I emailed to enquire, I was told they were at an ‘international mail sort facility.’ I’ve read of others experiencing the same problem. Buyer beware.

For international shipments, packages are first routed through an international mail sorting facility in New York before departing the United States. During this stage, some tracking systems can display a "Delivered" scan, even though the package is still in transit and has not reached the final destination. Once the shipment is processed for export, tracking updates typically resume as it moves through the destination country's postal network.
To help avoid confusion, we outline this process in both our FAQ section and at the top of our Contact Us page.
Based on the current tracking information, your package is still making its way to its destination in Canada. We completely understand how seeing a "Delivered" status could be concerning, and we apologize for any alarm or inconvenience this may have caused.

Truly terrible experience
Truly terrible experience, would give 0/5 if I could. I order some items on on April 20th for my wife for Mother's Day. When placing the order I read the information about allowing them 5-10 business days to fulfill the order. After 10 business days I sent an email checking in, and was just told the please give us the 5-10 business days to fulfill. On May 20th I emailed again to cancel and refund my order and this was the response "Thank you for reaching out, and we are truly sorry for the frustration this delay has caused. We completely understand your concern. It appears your item may be out of stock, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of updates on our end. We’ve now escalated this to our management for immediate confirmation so we can provide you with accurate information and the best solution as quickly as possible. We’re doing our best to resolve this for you, and we will follow up with an update as soon as we have the final details. Thank you for your patience, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Regards, Key"
I then received no further correspondence but did receive a shipping notification after I started I no longer needed nor wanted the order. It has now been a week since receiving the shipping notification but the "tracking link" is not a link. Honestly truly terrible company to deal with, seeing other reviews now I don't know how they are even in business.

We believe there may have been some confusion regarding the delivery estimate, as we provide delivery date ranges rather than guaranteed delivery dates. While we understand the order did not arrive in time for Mother's Day, it was still within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

I have ordered twice from this company and have never received my shirts. Not as bad as what others seem to think 🤔
Looking at their website, I was impressed with the tees they have, so I placed an order for one. Afterwards, I started reading all these negative reviews about them and started to panic. To my surprise, I received the shirt in 6 days and I love it. I'm not sure why so many have had bad experiences with them, but I am satisfied. The only negative thing that I would say about about them is that the items are a little pricey. Other than that, I am a happy customer.

For the website name you think you are buying official shirts but it’s fraud. I received a poor quality and very cheap shirt, doesn’t have an official label just a label “made in Nicaragua”.
The logo is not on the center, and now I dont know if I return the shirt i will receive my money back. dont buy at this store.
