I didn't see the reviews from this company until after purchasing. Never again will they get my money.

To check its status you have to send an email which is never responded to although I get a generic response that says it will respond in 2 business days. 3 emails an 3 no responses later I will dispute the charge with my credit card.

Don't buy anything on this site! It's a scam even though their website looks beautiful and they have good Insta & FB pages. Note how they do not have a phone number anywhere so you can't get in touch in case things go wrong. You will pay for your order and then wait several weeks to get a tracking number. Then the tracking number will say it's been delivered and you still won't have your product and no one will ever answer any of your emails.

They are absolutely awful. Do not order from here . Received this message on July 9th after ordering on June 29th.
“As mentioned on the item page, this design requires 5-10 business days for processing prior to shipping. As it is sourced directly from the artist's official merchandise manufacturer. Based on your order date, it will be shipping shortly. Our system shows that your order is currently being processed for fulfillment. Once it leaves our facility, we will provide you with tracking details so you can keep an eye on its progress.”
Now over a month later and still nothing after being told it’ll be dispatched again shortly on July 16th. Avoid ordering from this place at all costs

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a bruce springsteen shirt from this company. Over ten business days passed and still have not received a tracking number. I have reached out to them via email (because they have no phone number listed that I could find) and interacted with “Lauren”. Who btw, cut and pasted stock responses, with no specific answers that pertain to my simple question on why it is taking so long. It took them two-three days to respond on top of that.
Upon writing this review, it is now 12 business days since I ordered and still have not received a tracking number.
I WISH I ordered from the official Bruce Springsteen website. Obviously, I will never order from this company again, nor will I recommend using this company.

The quality of t-shirts is not great. The material is thin and easily gets twisted after washing. Also, they have no phone number listed. The email is the only way of communication. I ordered two t-shirts but one of them has not arrived. It has been a while but there is no update whatsoever. This business seems to be run by typical new era "entrepreneurs" who are all about doing it in the easiest way possible, like Etsy sellers using Printify. Will not order again.

Poor quality. Awful fit.
Complete rip off. I've worn t-shirts my whole (long) life, always M. Ordered 7 shirts, ALL of them fit like a small. Unwearable. Horrible fit. Poor quality. Just rip off some visuals from the Web, get on Canva and have it printed at a local custom shop. You'll be better off. And if you're from Canada, forget it. You'll get destroyed at the border (2025). I'll have to give those to charity.

Product shrunk two sizes and is unwearable
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I've bought enough music tshirts over the years to know to wash them on cold when i first get them and don't tumble dry. Unfortunately this didn't help me with the awful shirt I got from 'Official Band Shirts'. I bought a large which ended up a medium on the width and a small in the length after one careful wash. But they refused to do anything, hiding behind a no returns policy if it's been washed, which is dumb if the product fails despite being washed correctly.
UPDATE - IT GOT WORSE: Don't be fooled by the PR stunt below, which seems to be from the same person (bot?) who responds to everyone who contacts them (me included). I pointed out to Lauren that I had followed all care instructions but it shrunk, and I asked them to make it right. Lauren refused, hiding behind the same policy I quoted in my original post. And the next bit is laughable... despite having mainly 1 star reviews for the last few years, they suddenly got two 5 star reviews within an hour of me posting mine. Who do they think they're kidding?

I ordered a t-shirt more than two months ago. "Lauren", whom Im sure is a BOT, keeps sending me a tracking number showing its in Germany. I live in New Zealand, (other side of the world). These guys have been terrible and I wish I had read these reviews first. I do not recommend these guys at all!

Given such a long delay, I reached out to customer service and they sent me the tracking number (which I already had) and let me know they don’t really care (mail can be slow). I bought a shirt..then saw some bad reviews and tried to cancel . Well, They got back to me and said i could return it once it arrives. The shirt arrived within maybe 5 days since i purchased it. Off centered print- poor customer service
Ordered a Tshirt of my wife’s favorite band to give her for Xmas this year. This was a gift I was excited to give. Ordered early November, allowed the 7-10 days to ship before I went to track order. Said processing for 3 weeks. Finally received it. Thought it was good. Wrapped it, wife opens it and initially is excited but then notices after she puts it on that the print is clearly off-centered and so obvious someone didn’t know what they were doing. Wrote “Lauren” at customer service who then just sends me a link to returns and exchanges without any apologies or offfers to just send out a new one like a decent company would.
