Terrible service!!!!!
I was given a 14-28 day delivery date. When I called after 24 days as I'd heard nothing I was told they were out of stock and weren't sure when they would get a delivery. When I asked why they hadn't informed me of a problem I was told the policy was to make contact at 28 days.
Appalling customer service and the order is now cancelled and I have to wait 2 to 5 working days for the refund despite the money being taken out immediately when I ordered.

The length of commercials we are forced to watch about this turns me off wanting anything to do with this company.

On 26th December 2021 I bought and paid for a Dormeo Octasmart Essentials Mattress Topper which they said would be delivered free in 7-14 days. After several contacts with Dormeo I eventually received the topper on 4th February 2022. In between times they apologised for non delivery and gave me a 10% discount on the original price of £99. On 26th February, well within their 60 day trial period, I contacted them to complain that the mattress topper had developed two sunken parts, at shoulders and hips and was not comfortable to sleep on. I will now cut the story short. They asked for photos of the topper, my mattress, the wash label, the bedroom itself, and in particular a photo of the sunken part using a string stretched across that part and a ruler showing the depth of the the indentation. I attempted countless times to send the pictures and each time I received a message saying ‘undeliverable because the recipient’s server rejected the message’. After various arguments by email the pictures were eventually received by Dormeo and within two days they rejected my claim saying the problem was being caused by my mattress. My mattress is very firm and for Dormeo to say it’s what’s causing the problem is tantamount to saying ‘go away we want nothing to do with you’ This was on 28th June, more than six months after I paid for the goods.
I firmly believe they are employing delaying tactics to avoid accepting liability and in my opinion they are a very dishonest company.
I would not recommend Dormeo to anyone.

Incredibly comfortable topper. I bought it while contemplating buying a new mattress but will just stick with this now!

We wanted to upgrade the mattress in our caravan because we found it uncomfortable but thought we would try a mattress topper first. We tried a couple of brands and found they didn’t make a difference, then we stumbled across the Octasmart and it looked quite impressive so we bought one for the van. Best investment ever, we have been getting a great nights sleep since having the Octasmart mattress topper fitted to the bed and saved a considerable amount of money on buying a new mattress.

I have tried many different mattress toppers.
I have had up to three toppers of various thicknesses and foam types. The Octosmart topper is the only one I have now. I’m sleeping much better.

Love the mattress topper from Dormeo Octasmart! Looks thin but don't be deceived. I chose the firm topper and it's so incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Thank you Dormeo Octasmart!

After receiving my topper for a 3ft bed, I noticed that this rides up once on top of the topper. This I received in Feb 2022 and had also noticed in May 2022 that the size had gone down by 3ins, so notified Dormeo who respond with technical wording and saying this is normal given tolerances involved. So am laying now on short curling up topper. So please remember this company has no customer help as I had asked for and a useless topper.

this company are terible to deal with,if i could give a minus score i would,after ordering the octosmart mattress,my husband used it for 7days,but his back was really bad as its to firm for him. i phone and ask when will u uplift it.....roughly 6-8weeks it was finaly uplited by new couriers(they were having problems with couriers and were waiting to chage,well that was the story i got everytime i called 2 ask when it was ggetting uplifted.the day arrived when they uplifted it a week past Saturday,the couriers they used were quite abrupt,but any way they came in and took the mattress away,after they had gone my husband and i noticed deep marks in the hall carpet all the way to the room upstairs,from the bottom of the stairs,these maks have been made by the shoes of these people,it had been wet that morning,but they must have stood on something very dark in colour(it is black in some instances) as they never wiped their feet on the way in. i complained the same day to Dormeo,who said they would send them an e-mail(which was ignored) e-mailes again after second call,e-mail also ignored,i messaged Resolver as i was getting fed up with this. today i called Dormeo again,only to be told i should call the courier myself!!! excuse me my contract was with you Dormeo,not your new courier,who would more than likely ignore me. and to top all of this off, Dormeo have an offer,try the mattress out for 6months i think it is,and if it dont suit we will uplift it free and refund ur money in 7-10days ,the money back from Dormeo has only been santioned today,after my call,i am fuming that this company have the audacity to ask me to call the courier that they entrusted to collect their mattress.that is their concern as i say again my contract is with you Dormeo not your courier. Have had pillows from varies stores over the years these oil lows are the best I've had. Not use to pay this sort of money for a pillow but these a worth it.

Firstly I did not get good communication from the team and therefore I am not sure how to send back the items. The pillow was and still is very uncomfortable. The mattress topper on the other hand is ok but not the best I have slept on. I get over heated and wake up in hot sweats at times during the night. I would like to send it back but I also tried to call and the number is not going through. I also woke up with more back and shoulder pain so all in all terrible. I also emailed a number of time for them to give me return instructions and I got no response.

DORMEO is a very dishonest company and provides very misleading information. Their products are made in China, NOT in Europe, as their consultants advised me they were. They then proceeded to charge me international charges, even though the items they sell are advertised on an Australian website in Australian dollars. They NEVER disclosed at any time about there being international charges 'in addition to' the price of the items I purchased. Because they are such a HIGHLY DISHONEST company with such HIGHLY DISHONEST business practices, I would NEVER recommend them, nor would I purchase from them again.

Struggling to have it collected! Very uncomfortable mattress, felt like I was sleeping on the floor on a mat. I called them and asked to return it as it was covered. They tried to offer an upgrade for extra money 😂, refused and asked to return.

I specified when I would be in work, on holiday and a set of week days I would be available. Twice they ignored this, twice it was booked in for days I specifically said I would not be available!

I have emailed time and time again as it’s a premium rate number. Tried to organise a collection date yet they have still booked it again for a day I would not be in.

Should have seen this coming really as I was not told of a delivery date until the morning it was being delivered, whilst in work. It was left in the front garden! Good job it didn’t rain. Would strongly advise against purchasing.

I bought this as my wife has terminal cancer but it dipped after a few months i rang them sent them pictures clearly showing the fault i was told basically if you don't like it tough s__t i would not be offered a replacement or a refund and that the 15 year guarantee meant nothing
My wife is dying of cancer and i was shocked that they treated her this way
She now has a new mattress i had off Amazon shame on you dormeo if i could give you no stars i would you disgust me ripping people off

The thickness it shows on the advert is false advertising because its probably about half as thick. Says to leave 6 hours before using, i left it 14 hours and it still didn't take shape. The topper cover is very loose. Feels like a cheap market rip off. Wont be buying Dormeo again. I bought a mattress and thats no good either
