Scared to withdraw money
Every time I have to take money from my account I am apprehensive that the process will go wrong as I have never had an easy withdrawal… I am either told that I have not been recognised or that my transaction has not gone through only to find that it has!

Feedback
App is user friendly and easy to navigate.
Would be nice to have card payment via ApplePay or GooglePay to make it easier.
Also able to read email from the app instead of logging onto the website.

Premium bonds improve the App functions…
Its the ease of purchasing bonds and how quick if you need to cash in the bonds is very simple to do, the only downside is I would like to do all this via the App rather than the website , also being able to check my bond holdings as in value and number of bonds , also setup other accounts for family members

It's quite a straight forward process to access funds and I like the confirmation of emails to confirm funds paid in.
