Excellent communication
The communication is excellent and purchasing more bonds has become, over the years, easier, with more flexible payment methods, where you can link directly to bank and also purchase smaller amounts. It also very easy to withdraw.

I have used the online NS&I platform to add or remove bonds for several years now, it’s a great way to keep track of your account & to check if you’ve been lucky enough to WIN a cash prize in their monthly draws using the prize checker. It’s also a great way to save without losing the cash value like you would in any other lottery draws if you aren’t fortunate enough to claim a cash prize. You can choose to make a regular standing order or just a one off payment, it’s up to you how you invest, you are saving with the chance to win big cash prizes along the way, it’s a win win in my book!
