If I could give zero I would.. Do not buy ftom this site! The quality is apalling. A dress I ordered described as linen and which looked so nice on the website was nothing more than cheap nylon and the most garish colour pink It wasn't even fit to be a nightie. I threw it straight in bin. I waited over 6 weeks for it to arrive so I knew I'd been scammed. There is no way to return it as their customer service doesn't exist. The whole site is a dupe. Be warned

PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE. This company is the biggest SCAM. I never received my order and I was then sent a false tracking number when I requested for my order update. Then they sent false evidence of delivery saying it was delivered. Then denied a to give me a full refund. I had a tough time with them. Never again purchasing from here.

This company not based in London.. Flash web site but everything shipped from China. At least 14 days to arrive, delivered by Evri with there normal standard of service!

purchased x2 suit from this company based on the images and descriptions shown on their website, but unfortunately the product I received did not match my expectations. The quality of the fabric, overall appearance, and fit were significantly different from how the suit was presented online.
What was most disappointing was the customer service experience. When I attempted to arrange a return in accordance with the company's stated returns policy, I repeatedly requested the necessary return address and instructions but was unable to obtain the information needed to complete the process. Despite several attempts to resolve the matter directly, I did not receive the level of support I expected.
As a result, I had to pursue the matter through my card provider. While every customer's experience may differ, mine was frustrating from both a product quality and customer service perspective.
I believe it's important for potential customers to have an accurate understanding of my experience so they can make an informed purchasing decision.

Bought a pair of shoes off this company a month ago for a holiday I was going in 2 and a half weeks time from then. No shoes arrived despite numerous emails chasing them up with them replying with a number of excuses that were not plausible. Received a package exactly a month and a day after purchasing them. They were not boxed and received in a loose package. The shoes were all squashed and a bloody mess. Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from these charlatans as they clearly are con merchants

Completely negative. They are a scam website using photos from other genuine websites. The products they send are of the lowest quality imaginable from China. You are then offered a token refund to keep the items. But the product I received wasn’t worth keeping. So I had to return the item to China using tracking delivery, the item has been at the return address for 3 weeks but they still won’t refund my money. It cost a further £7 through Evra for tracking delivery.

I don't recommend this company. Returning items is a hassle. They give ridiculous coupons instead of refunding your money. Don't order anything from them.

Avoid……Incorrect item sent. Despite acknowledging this and the poor quality customer services continue to try and refuse a refund and only provide store credit.

The sandals we bought didn’t match the description or image on the website. Have been trying to contact several times to arrange a refund, but no reply. Likely a fly-by-night operation.

Scam company - advertising as London based and easy returns but took 2.5 weeks to arrive from China. Easy returns means "email us and we will spend 4 weeks trying to convince you we are doing you a favour by keeping your money". I didn't receive the items at all and they took 4 weeks to NOT find them. One minute they would personally see to it, the next minute (one week of emails later) it was referred to 4 different departments. They would have been able to see immediately where it had been shipped to. Time wasters. They agreed to refund me but 2 weeks after that still no refund claiming they are unable and its my bank's fault somehow (it's not). Their emails are full of friendly customer service words (is it in fact AI?) but they do not act. After 6 weeks of ordering I have resorted to a credit card chargeback and they can deal with AMEX instead. I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. AVOID. Absolute con and bordering on fraud in my opinion!

Do NOT buy from this company.
As others have said , goods are poor quality and take ages to come from China.
The seller makes it impossible to return faulty /wrong item goods .
Avoid at all costs !.
This is like buying from Shein but 3x the cost and trouble.

Goods received made out of poor quality material and not resembling the photographs. Sent goods back but was given address in China even though there is no reference to China on their website. This is not a trouble free returns service within the UK as advertised on their website.

I wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order. I'd be angrier if I wasn't laughing at just how BAD this suit is! 100% polyester marketed as "woven linen" and took about 3 weeks to arrive from mainland China, so was definitely not "shipped within 24 hours" as the website states. Total scam. I've raised a dispute directly with my bank rather than arguing with the seller for a refund.

The product that arrived did not resemble what was pictured in the slightest.
The quality was very flimsy and poor and very synthetic feeling. Definitely did not appear to be the thick breathable cotton that was advertised and the returns policy is expensive and they are reluctant to follow this course of action.
