The garment was advertised as linen and it is made of polyester. I requested a refund and was offered a replacement garment. I declined that offer but had to email several times to get a return address. I was told to return the garment in the original packaging and tags. There were no tags!
I will donate this mistake to my favourite charity shop. Lesson learned !

Good discounts and the free shipping was impressive.

Took 3 weeks to arrive, comfy shorts but ripped on day 1. It took a lot of patience to get a refund for the pair that ripped after lots of bartering, but i did get it eventually. As for returning the unopened pair, i just gave up! English base but product shipped from overseas, do not buy from this company

Scam site. Fancy, professional website.Says next day shipping from UK. Doesn't happen. Waited weeks. Phoned 'Customer Services'. Eventually got a reply. A man saying "I no speak English good", repeatedly. Told him I wanted to cancel my order. "I no speak English Good". Contacted my bank and was refunded that day. 3 weeks later the order arrived. They can have it back at their convenience. Probably junk, anyway.

Utter nonsense of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I ordered a dress thinking it was from a UK company but in actual fact its from China. Nothing against china but the customer service is appalling.
The dress came so late. The material is awful & looks cheap, not well made & was too small.
I have tried to get a refund (website says they will give full refund within 30 days of receipt of product) by emailing & calling several times until they eventually responded saying they will give me a 100% store credit which I do not want.
That was on 23rd June 26. But my initial request was on 17th June 26
Still not heard from them
SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I will probably have to now report them as scam & fraud.

Literally just got an email after this review saying they will offer me 10% partial refund...... the website clearly states FUL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
Will be taking this to my bank now!!!!

OMG! I ordered a summer linen suit for £150, it took abour 6 weeks to arrive and when it did I wasn't impressed. The suit was crumpled together in the smallest parcel, the cloth was all creased and very poor quality. The trousers wer that thin that they were see through and the jacket wasn't much better. I've resigned myself to losing my money so my advice to anyone is stay away, the merchandice is nothinh like advertised.. be warned.

I ordered a suit rom Novarrio on 23 May 2026. 30 days later I still do not have the suit and no communication from Navarrio. I fear this is a scam website. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NOVARRIO. IT IS A SCAM

Horrible experience. Bought a shirt. Trying to return it. They don't even bother to respond back. This company should not be trusted.

I had a positive experience with Novarrio. My order arrived as expected, and customer service was responsive and polite whenever I had questions. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was straightforward. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase and appreciated the communication throughout the process.

Avoid buying anything from this company at all costs. They are scammers operating a fraudulent business that cannot provide the goods shown on the website. They need to be reported and surely already have been. Do not be fooled by their fake website.

In my opinion this is an elaborate scam. Exactly like all the other reviews of this business, reluctance to refund money, offered store credit note instead, request for photos, deterred from returning the goods, advised it had to be returned overseas (cost £25!), even though there is a UK returns address on the PO Tracker label on the parcel. Even exercising my rights under the Consumer Rights Act -"goods not as described" the response from Katherine, exactly as the above.

Do not buy from Novarrio. This is a drop-shipping scam. I ordered what were advertised as premium blue linen shirts with free Royal Mail shipping. Instead, it took 3 weeks to arrive via a "Relay" courier, and the shirts are cheap, shiny 100% polyester with black buttons and terrible white border stitching. They look nothing like the online photos.When you complain, "Katherine" from customer service will send a very polite email asking for photos. This is just a delaying tactic. They will eventually refuse a free return label and ask you to pay £20+ to ship it back to China, or offer you a useless 15% partial refund.ADVICE TO ALL VICTIMS: Do not waste your time arguing with them. If you paid by credit or debit card, log into your banking app, click on the Novarrio transaction, and select "Dispute a transaction" or "Chargeback." Choose the reason "Goods not as described." Your bank will refund your money and penalise Novarrio.

I bought a dress from them for my graduation, when the dress arrived the fabric was cheap and stiff, the dress was tight and could barely fit me and it was nothing like the image on their website. I then tried to return the item a get a refund there was no instructions on the website on how to return an item you have to email them for the return instructions saying u want a refund. When you email them, you probably get a reply from someone called Katherine and she will try to force you to take a store refund and discount code instead of a refund and return, she try and tell that the warehouse is international and fee to return will be a lot to pay at the post office, so you should take the discount instead. When I told her no I just want to return that item and get a refund, I don’t mind paying the shipping fee to return it, she still was persistent in me taking the store credit instead after continuous back and forth they simply stopped replying to my emails, ignored me and I still have the dress. I now have to go through my bank provider to dispute the charge to get my money back, PLEASE DO BOT USE THIS SITE!

I really wish I'd read the reviews before buying the blazer, photograph suggests a woolen knit fabric (obviously taken from another company's website) but what arrived was totally synthetic, almost like a waterproof Kagool material! how anyone can sell it as a formal blazer is beyond me. No replies from customer services when attempting to return the item and get a refund so contacted my bank who did a chargeback. (very quickly so I assume they are aware of this scam outfit) Do not use this company!

The dress I received looks different to the dress in the picture on the website - the bodice is constructed in a much cheaper way. They say they are unable to provide a prepaid return label, even though on the website it says they do provide them if a customer receives an incorrect item.

When you email them, they reply with very long, over-friendly, AI-generated emails and try to persuade you to accept store credit or a partial refund.

Overall, it's a scam.
