DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a Chinese scam company. They have a very professional clothing website but the goods that arrive are extremely cheap imitations. No where does it say that goods are sent from China. They promise to refund within 30 however in practice they do not honour this. They prevaricate and then ask you to return the goods to china. This is extremely expensive and you have to fill in an export form via the GPO. Eventually they stop communication. We have spent over £100 for 2 pairs of shoes and are,in my opinion, not worth £10 each. They claim they are leather which is not true. There is no mark to say they are genuine. They try to offer you a discount if you do not return them and suggest you donate to friends etc. the company is completely reprehensible and I am only sorry I did not look at Trust Pilot before we bought!!

I am very disappointed with this company’s service. I ordered and paid for a pair of black sandals (Order #3826) on 25 June 2026, and I was advised that delivery would take 7–10 days. However, the item never arrived. Instead of providing a meaningful update or resolving the issue, the company repeatedly sent holding emails, leaving me waiting indefinitely. The lack of communication, accountability, and failure to fulfil the order has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, as I was left feeling misled and let down.

Over 3 weeks now no communication avoid at all costs

Do not order from this company if you may need to return an item. Despite saying on their website, they offer 30 day return - they do everything they can to avoid a return. ALSO ( what is not declared in their website that to return you have to pay for and send returned goods to an international address with customs fees. I have asked for this address and 6 emails later I still have not received it.

This looks to be another brazenly corrupt outfit!
I cancelled an order on the day I made it (29/06/26) and was told that my cancellation request had been actioned on the 30/06/26.
On Friday 3/07/26 I am informed that my order is ready to ship and my cancellation can now not be processed. I informed them that this was a disgrace, in no uncertain terms. I then just receive shipping notifications.
This is, on the face of it, another rogue outfit possibly of Chinese origin who should be shut down by British authorities. They are laughing at us.

I have already given my review in how I was scammed by this company in buying a pair of leather sandals where in fact I was sold a cheap pair of plastic ones it’s been nearly 2 weeks with forwards and backwards emils where they are trying to do anything possible to avoid giving me a full refund I’m at a point where I will be taking legal action as this company should not be trading and I really urge anyone who has been scammed and went through like I have not to give up and you will be able to recoup your money with a little effort for me this is about being ethical and not let these people or individuals get away it

This is a scam site, ordered a jacket took weeks to arrive, when it did it was screwed up in a bag. It looked nothing like the photo on the website. Kathrine will use delay tactics when you ask for a refund. Now im going through my bank to reclaim the money YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I bought a pair of size large linen pants I am 6ft 2, they arrived and they’re not linen material and they didn’t even fit my girlfriend(5ft4)

The product was delivered 2 weeks after the expected delivery time.

Dress received not the dress I ordered, trying to persuade me to keep the dress at a discounted price telling me I could gift it to someone, the cost was £149, not sure who can afford to gift a dress at that cost
The dress I ordered was supposed to be my wedding dress, the design I received bares absolutely no resemblance to the dress i ordered. Because I will not accept their offers of % discount now can't get any reply from them but I can guarantee I will not give up I cannot afford to lose £149, I still need to find and buy my wedding dress

Good designs, good prices and fast shipping.

They are a scam; they won't let you return the items and get a full refund. You have to write an email, and they have an AI agent constantly trying to offer you anything but that.

Avoid this company like the plague. What I received in comparison to what I received can only described as if I asked a 3 year old to draw the blazer I ordered from the picture on their site and then novarrio made it using that image for reference. When I then requested a refund I have had nothing but emails back and forth requesting different bits of information (why couldn't everything be asked for in the first message). Then, to "save my inconvenience with international shipping costs" was offered to keep the rag and get 10% of the product price back (£3.99 it would equate to), frankly insulting. I was then offered 25% again unacceptable. I would be more agreeable if the product was anywhere close to what I ordered or was at least useable but it is not. The whole process has been terrible and remains unresolved. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering because apparently I am not alone. Shocking product only outshines by even worse customer service.

If I could leave a 0* review it would be better suited. This is a complete scam. The jackets arrived today and they aren’t even wearable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This website is a SCAM! ordered a beautiful gown for my prom
night and receive a dress that looked nothing like the photos provided and was made completely of polyester. contacted customer services as it was £104 and i wanted a refund, and they only offered 20% refund unless i returned the item, once given the returns address i then found out it would cost me £50 to send back! never got my money back and stuck with the most ugliest, cheapest, tacky dress ever.
