This is 100% scam. They take your money promise a delivery date but nothing happened. You try to ring them non-existent number email them no response. Just a bunch of assholes.

Ordered a Beko tumble dryer on 5th August have been giving 3 different delivery dates item has never arrived. Phoned number provided no answer. Quick to rob your money Bunch of scammers.Been in contact with my bank. Avoid this company like the plague.

100% SCAM, take your money, say there is a delay on purchase, nothing arrives. E-mail & courier British Express.com do not reply when good do not arrive & telephone number is fake!!!!

Order a tumble dry saying order reserved until payment obviously a scam because there was no way for me to send payment. Sent a few emails requiring how to pay for older but no response so I think I was very lucky as I read the reviews now trying to cancel order bits for a nightmare x

I wish I had come here first and read the reviews!
I ordered and paid for a washing machine with 5-7 day delivery, but instantly they told it would be 3 weeks due to high demand.
After 3 weeks was up I emailed them and responded, giving me an exact date (today)
But when I tried to confirm delivery a couple of days before the due date there was no response, and I have had no response since from both email addresses! So I called the number on the website but found that it was non existent! I have contacted my credit card fraud dept to try and recover the money. Do not purchase anything from this fake company!

I ordered a tumble dryer and paid £199. Delivery was due 18th August. I contacted them via email to change the date of delivery to the 28th if it was possible. I received multiple emails back confirming the new arrangement, my shipping info also changed to the 28th..
The 28th and the 29th came and went, and no tumble dryer arrived… I’ve emailed them multiple times on the same thread my original emails was sent and I’ve received no correspondence back what so ever. I’ve tried phoning the company on a number that just cuts you off. I’ve even tried getting in touch with British express the delivery company; I’ve had nothing back as of yet..
Ive given them while today due it being the weekend, again absolutely nothing!!
Im now contacting my bank so see if there’s anything I can do to return my £199.00.. I literally used this company using trust pilot.. I’m now seeing the last 3 reviews which is exactly my predicament.
How is this even allowed.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this company needs investigating and taking down. It’s not fair on anybody and can not believe it has happened to me.

This company is a scam company please don’t buy anything from this company ordered an air fryer £119 took my money that was 3 weeks ago said it was going to be delivered today 1st of September no delivery.No correspondence to emails or telephone,tried ringing no answer can’t get a refund what a joke scamming company trust pilot should stop this firm from trading & google should take them off their website 😡

This is a scam. Norxstore is not the company that I was billed by. The address is listed at Park Royal, there is no full address.The telephone number is a mobile that has now blocked me.

All this I realised once my goods did not show up a month later.

DO NOT TRUST

Bought airfryer not heard anything since I have emailed them but nothing. BEWARE.

Ordered a washing machine waited 3 weeks they kept promising delivery and on delivery day they cancelled my order. Do not use this useless company lie after lie wouldn’t recommend to anyone

They have stolen my money no refund over £350 pounds....they couldn't b bothered to send me my washing machine...and then they make me...wait another 5 days....and yet still no refund...whatever u do...do not buy anything off this company....it's well dodgy....they only have an email address...and that proves...how dodge this company is....and there's only a mobile number...that doesn't work...plz don't go 2 this company they will.rip u off....I've reported them to fraud police and trading standards....this company "CAN NOT B TRUSTED" PLZ STAY AWAY...

This is a fraud company. The Head office if FALSE. The contact phone number does not connect.
I had to claim back my money off my card company. Even they said their website has many Red Alerts on it. It has now been reported to the police.
Don't order anything it will not be delivered. Any good feedbacks are completely false. SCAM WEBSITE.

Absolute scammers. Don’t trust any of the good reviews! Had to start a dispute with my bank to get any money back.

The 5 star reviews all seem very fake to me, especially when they're mentioning "easy payment". I have tried to order a printer from here 4 timew, but each time I got sent an email instead saying my item was on hold till I made a payment. No secure payment option is offered, it goes straight to "order placed", and you can't make the payment.
I am willing to change my review if they start actually accepting safe payment methods, but til then I would advise that you avoid.
