Ordered an air fryer for my mother, said it would come before the 25th, ordered on the 6th August, waited and nothing showed, emailed and they said it would come on the 01/09/25, didn’t come so I emailed asking for a refund and have had no contact since then. Robbing c*nts, don’t order because you won’t receive anything.

As others have said, complete scam the number doesn't connect at all, have emailed and used contact form still nothing.

Now im going to have to contact my bank and speak to them, I cant loose the money. Do not trust whatsoever

Ordered airfryer delayed twice requested refund, never came. This company is a massive scam do not be fooled by there prices this company is one massive SCAM. Telephone number does not exist.

Total scam. Do not use. Took payment for an Air fryer. Delivery date passed and nothing, don't answer emails and phone number does not exist.

DONT BUY The whole sight plus review is a scam. Bought a washing machine it went from 5 days delivery to 14 to 24 by wich point I'd got money back off my bank. EVEN THE DELIVERY COMPANY they use is a scam!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Honestly I didn't even want to give 1 star. These scammers scammed me about £150 all I wanted is to buy a tumble dryers.Avoid coming here I was blind to buy products from this place. Norxstore is a fake company ordered tumble dryer 4 week ago and haven't received it tried calling and the number doesn't exist do not order anything from this this store as it doesn't exsist

Right, do not buy from Norxstore. It is a shell name for simply ripping folk off. The telephone number doesn’t exist and I suspect the positive reviews are written by them. Trust pilot, do the right thing and blacklist this company but leave the reviews online. Google, I found this company using your search engine.

£164 gone, and all I wanted was an air fryer.

I ordered an air fryer and was given tracking number and told it should arrive by 23.08.25. Date came and went but still no air fryer and no update. I have emailed to ask when I can expect it but had no reply. There seems no other way to contact them, only email. Would just like a refund as this has come on too long.

Fake company. STAY THE HELL AWAY. They are gathering as much money as they can before they get caught, bank repaid me right away as they must be on to them

This is a scam company. After speaking to the bank they advised cancelling the card I used.
Payment goes to a named person and not this company. BE AWARE This company is a front to steal card numbers do not buy from them they ere are no goods.

Bought airfryer. Paid and recieved conformation. Then told 21 day delivery, even though site said 6 to 8 days.
Recieved nothing after the 21 days. Emailed, as phone dosnt work. Told a refund will be sent withing 5 working days. 2 weeks later and still no refund or communication.
Feels like a scam site now

Contacted various times , please be aware to maybe look elsewhere. I gave this 1 star just to enable me to write my review. I wouldnt give 1 at all . I can't write what I actually wanted to put . -0/10 .date of bad experience ! early August and still going .

Fake contact number, dont bother buying as will be late or not delivered leaving you to email ans get no reply. Will have to now contact card company for a refund.

Why do these people do this. I've had confirmation emails from them saying to expect delivery on 3 Sept. 2025 but it didn't happen. Ordered an air fryer which I thought the price was too good to be true and it was ! It all looks very legit. Tracking link given etc. I have been in touch with my bank this morning and, thankfully, I paid with my Visa card. I see they've credited the amount back to me without any communication that I wasn't going to get the Air Fryer. I suppose the important thing is to get my money back but what a shame these people can't make an honest living by being truthful.
