NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Really awful service. I am left wondering whether the tumble dryer I bought actually exists. My tumble dryer has not arrived. Timescales for delivery went back as soon as I paid. It is supposed to deliver today but delivery never updates. I am £135 out of pocket. The company and their courier don’t respond. The phone number doesn’t answer and it feels like a scam. I see others have had a similar experience. This should not be allowed. I encourage everyone who has gone through this to report to Trading Standards.

Same as the rest ordered a washing machine told 14-21 days received a tracking number for courier “British express” website comes up with warning signs tracking number if works goes through to a on the way page and never changes it’s now been a month since ordering have emailed multiple times no reply and phone number invalid doesn’t even ring DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Ordered an Air Fryer with 5 day delivery. I received an email stating it would take 21 day so waited patiently. After 21 day I emailed them and received a reply saying the order had been cancelled and a refund would hit my account within 5 working days. Nearly 1 month later and no reply to my emails, phone number docent work and no refund! Complete scam do not use this company.

brought a washing machine and did not get given the delivery date ect, I sent them an email and they did respond which sounded not legit. I checked them out on this web site and see the bad revues so i promptly got in contact with my banks fraud line who took all the details I had and looked into it for me. I got my money put back into my account thankfully. this company is a scam and I really do not know how they are still coming up on google when looking for a washing machine, the site should be took down. I had someone call me up who said they were from my bank and that there was someone trying to take money from my account, they gave my old bank card details , I am sure it was this company trying there luck as I had stopped my bank card and replaced with a new one, when I said, oh thats funny I got scammed so have not got that card anymore they promptly hung up.

They continually lied about delivery dates and then finally just ignored my messages. Avoid

I wouldn't have give them a star same as all the others say is true I bet we've all got same tracking no aswell here it is 9239671048575467. I won't write on here what I won't do 2 them I will get locked up.

The power of reading a review before purchase. No contact with the company since ordering when they gave an estimated delivery date, which has passed. Don't trust them.

Its a scam after payment no replies and no delivery. Impossible to contact and the money is stolen by them.

I ordered a tumble dryer from them which they said would be delivered to me within 21 days, a few days after ordering the sent me an email with tracking information which never updated only to say my order was on its way ( the courier was flash Express) both norxstore and flash Express have not answered my email and the telephone number doesn't exist.stay clear of both or expect some grief. I am still waiting 23 days on .

Con artists. Once they get your money, no further communication. Don’t trust them. Still waiting for our item. Reported as fraud

SCAM goods never received, phone number does not work and no response to emails.

Have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for delivery. Don’t answer emails, tracking is fake and phone number doesn’t work. Can’t clam from credit card until 30 days. Scam don’t order

Ordered the ninja stack air fryer. Paid £164 and never received the goods. Emailed and had no reply, also tried phoning the phone number that’s on the website and it wouldn’t even ring out.

Ordered 4th August. Told 14-21 days. Given dates and cancelled several times. Offered a refund which I accepted...now no refund and not replying to emails.
SCAMMERS - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Same as rest of reviews made purchase and said 2 to 3 weeks.
Give reference number for courier again FAKE just stays same Its On Its Way.
Then email saying going to be 2 or 3 days late but will be give 20% of price.
Surprise Surprise day came and went never answered emails and phone number does not exist 🙃
