Stay well clear.
Saw a car on auto trader, was to be my sons first car.
Let them know the week before we were going to be picking it up the Saturday was assured it would be ready and valeted.
Arrived around 9:30 in the morning the car was no where to be seen.
My husband and son went out to look at the other cars and heard the guy in the garage saying ‘ just do what you need to do and get it out here’
This seemed a bit strange, they also witnessed syphoning of petrol.
And funnily enough when the car was brought round it was in zero miles and they were advertising fuel could be purchased.
The car wouldn’t start, once it did tyre pressure light came on and both back tyres were flat. The left windshield Indicator light was smashed and covered in tape. Which they just made out they were unaware off.
It had not been valleted.
Asked to look at engine and opening the bonnet it was full of mud and debris.
The engine was shaking not just the usual rattle a 3 cylinder might make it was full on shaking and the plate was loose.
Also kitchen roll wrapped around the pipes.
I called my other son (mechanic) on video call to show him the issues and the engine and the salesman sat in the car revving the engine so he couldn’t hear the actual noise the car was making.
The engine temp also then massively increased. I took his advice and got out of there pronto.
They would have happily let my 17 year old drive away in that, without a care in the world! Disgraceful, dishonest and dodgy. So glad I had not made a financial commitment.
I can only imagine how difficult it would be getting that back.

When we arrived car wasn't quite ready but the lovely wayne sorted us out and got the car tax set up for me lovely guy you can tell he enjoys his job nothing was to much would recommend this car dealership to friends and family lots of cars to choose from everyone was very friendly 😀

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Bought a car in good faith at beginning of February. Within a week there was a fault -took in to be fixed and waited over a week came back with the same fault. Supposedly taken to another garage radio silence for a while and then told needs a new timing belt!! Still in the garage now with no update having to chase for answers manager avoids our calls. Absolute joke will never buy from here again and will advise everyone I know not to go there. The garage has now had the car longer than we had it in the first place!!

seen a car a autotrader in there lancaster branch. i was in morecambe for a family matter. thought id pop in to view the car. it was not the car on autotrader it was dearer on forecourt and had 4 flat tires missing wind mirror and the car was filthy and different tones of white

I bought a car from here last week and received great service from start to finish.
I spoke with Austin on the phone, who kept me updated while the car went through its MOT. As soon as it was ready, we arranged a collection time that worked around my schedule.
The car was very clean on collection and everything we discussed had been done as promised.
Excellent service all around — 5 stars. Thanks Austin, I’ll see you again in a few years.

Terrible experience from the moment I collected ford kuga. They couldn’t find 2nd key. When I got home 1st key wouldn’t work and I couldn’t lock car! On label stated do not press buttons? Car was already open so we didn’t notice anything.unusually car was pretty full with petrol. Probably so wee would not have to fill up. Paid locksmith £140 for new key do we could lock car! They refused to reimburse me any money and I already sent them invoice. Still nothing and still awaiting 2nd key. After I took it for service after a couple of days. Oil leak from engine was flagged. Paid for diagnostic report which states major job required to repair seal by removing gearbox to get to engine. No garage wants to touch this car as it is major job and requires specialist. I informed dealership but still nothing reply. I have reported to finance company and I am rejecting car. The broker Sam from Zuto has been very helpful but has been ignored by them too. Very stressful. Travelled lo g way to collect car and we are pensioners!!

Tyler was really friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful when we rang for updates on the vehicle.
