I went to Northwest Trade Centre in Preston unannounced to buy a Kia Sportage, however when I got there they said it wasn't there, even though they emailed me in the morning to say they did have it.

LPDreadful place. Sold us an unroadworthy vehicle and refused consumer rights to return it or indeed do anything. No option left but to sue for refund. We had help from Consumer Rights but North West Trade Centre still ignored our rights.The response about spares or repairs and it all being explained is rubbish and very much not the case. We have contacted them and nothing was sorted.

After seeing a vehicle online I liked, I popped in while passing by, and was greeted by Nathan. Within the space of 10 minutes we went through all the details and my options, and came out with a deal. The whole process was made super easy by Nathan, and in total only took 15 minutes of discussion to fully complete a purchase. Couldn't recommend more, if youre after a simple deal.

Walked in and got greeted by Nathan who was extremely helpful. We asked if the car we liked was still available and he confirmed and proceeded to run us through our options for affording swiftly and explained everything to us making it super easy to understand and go through. Really happy with the service we got, especially being 10 minutes before closing time when we definitely didn’t expect to walk out with an agreement!

Having purchased new and used vehicles from main dealers in the past, and dealt with too many smarmy, dismissive sales people who have little or no concern with after sales service once a vehicle was purchased. It was refreshing to deal with the North West Trade centre at Preston; in particular, Nathan who was helpful, polite, and very professional in handling our queries, and concerns re a missing key, which he located and provided, and he authorised a replacement tyre which was flagged up on the MOT as an advisory.
In our experience, their cars are not only good value, but their after care, warranty etc are top notch and highly recommended.

Great choice of cars at reasonable prices. Salesman Nathan is very helpful. Sale was smooth, set up finance for me in minutes, reserved car with a small deposit until i was able to collect and had car ready in great condition for us arriving. Would buy from here again and would highly recommend 👌

I bought my Audi Q3 in December and sale was done quick and was very happy about but car was sold without a SD Card, I have been promised that this would be sorted, and at the time of writing this review my car is still without the SD Card…No communication from them either now

With reference to my previous tweet. The problems with the car purchased has now been resolved.apparantly the work that was supposed to have been done was down to an outside garage. Spoke to Northwest cars of Preston this morning and they immediately appologised for something that was completely out of their hands,re-imbersed me any expenses incurred. Excellent service indeed. I can only highly recommend them.

In response to your recent reply everything you said is false the finance company has been trying to get a reply from youse with no response, I haven’t had any reply from youse from the 30th of January, I don’t even know where the car is!! You’re aftercare is the worst I’ve ever experienced, please if you read this review don’t buy a car from these crooks!!!
