This survey panel never fails to deliver, from the professionalism of its staffs, amount of relevant serious survey and on time payment. I can still say a massive well done after being with Panelbase for few years now. Highly recommend if you are looking for something genuine .

Surveys are regular and the rewards are pretty decent. I've tried many other sites similar to Panelbase and left them because of various problems. Been with Panelbase for a good few years now, I intend to stay with them.

Unfortunately Panelbase is changing to a company called Norsatpanel and you get paid in points and not cash so it is extremely confusing. I've been with Panelbase for years and to make such a big change like this is terrible news. I'm not sure how long I will last on this new system. It's one star from me!

They've been great in the past, now they've been taken over I have no data from which to make any evaluation, hopefully everything will continue seamlessly.

There is no Panelbase now, i was transferred to Norstatpanel who have taken over Panelbase, which I believe is being run down, I am not getting surveys from them, just a few at the beginning, they have money that was transferred, but I cannot access it.
Panelbase have done the dirty on past members

panelbase is one of the leading and fast-growing research and data collection communities. Generally speaking, I have had a positive overall experience on this platform until my recent withdrawal which I placed on the 25th of October and is yet to drop even though three working days have already passed apart from this recent experience panel base is reliable and authentic.

I have always enjoyed doing the surveys, but unfortunately the rewards are ridiculous. No-one should be asked to spend time on giving their opinion and be rewarded in pence. The surveys should carry a reward minimum of £1 as these companies make millions in profit.

Great to be invited to surveys to give an honest opinion. They offer a variety of subjects. The rewards are amazing.

Deltar du i en screening för produkttest (i detta fall vita nikotinpåsar) vill man ju inte att screeningen ska vara oproffsig. Mycket olikt Norstat! (till skillnad från Cint/Blueberry (som jag lämnat) som avsiktligt blåser sina deltagare (använd kod 2 ggr i rad, Superpresentkort). Nu fyller jag i en (usel!) survey i en kvart... "Vilken Volt använder du oftast?" Har bara angett att jag känner igen namnet! Använder Zyn! Usel survey - iofs vet jag sedan jag undervisade på Feken att de mest korkade gick mot marketing, men detta var gränslöst korkat.... och sedan ett mynt och "kvoten full" efter en kvart. Skärpning Norstat! Brukar ju vara ordning på er - bli inte Cint-skojare! Kommer ni att tappa rep på (och kunder!). Och framtida panelister enkom bestå av imbecilla och renodlade idioter.... /Johan

De gir ikke det de lover for fullført undersøkelse! Ikke at det er så viktig med de belønningene, men hva er vitsen med å bruke tid på dette da,.?:-)

Don't bother with Panelbase.

You'll get a good volume of surveys to start with (2-3 a day) to lure you in, but within a week it will drop off to next to nothing.

Then there is the quality of the experience, I've clicked on surveys within minutes of the invite being issued, only to be immediately screened out because the "quota is full". I've been invited to participate in surveys that are already closed. You raise tickets, and you'll get a standard reply saying it's being looked into, but there's never any follow-up.

But worst of all, more than 50% of the surveys you actually get into are straight up scams. They will have you answer questions for 5-10 minutes, gather detailed information on products, purchases, you're views, and then you'll be screen out as "do not qualify". They gather your answers then pretend you're not eligible for the reward.

Good survey site, seem fair, interesting surveys, easy to complete, fair rewards... can take a little while to build up rewards but definitely worth it!

The questionnaires are usually interesting and the rewards are fair and, what's more, I enjoy claiming and spending them.
