Shop opening time is 9am, however worker arrived at 9.10am and said he wouldn't be ready to assist me until 9.25am. I couldn't wait that long so left.
Hopefully just a bad day, but that was my experience today :(

First time this place has disappointed me. Charged me £4.95 for some buy back option so you can return any euros you don’t use at the same rate sold.
Apparently you can opt out of this and it is fairly new, but why oh why not ask me before charging. I then noticed the rate wasn’t as good as it says on website so now on I will do the click and collect option for the better rate as it probably cost me a difference of 30euros

It was a fast and easy process to order online and the delivery was quick and secure too by royal mail.

Apart from a good rate of exchange, it is so easy to order what you need, then there is a choice of when you have it delivered free of charge. The delivery method is Royal Mail which is always reliable.
If you decide to pick up your order the rate is slightly higher (which means home delivery does have a small charge)
I have used this company over a period of 10-15 years & always had good service & would recommend them

I've been using No1 Currency for a few years now and I always find it easy to order currency from. The staff members at the Ealing Boradway branch are always polite, professional and friendly. I highly recommend it.

AVOID! They say delivery within 1 to 4 days. It took 15 days and by that time, I was home from the holiday already! I had ordered 3 currencies in total and tried to collect the other 2 for the trips still upcoming but was told I needed to take all or nothing. Customer service zero stars!

Update 18/12/25 - I complained and they said they’d look into it but I heard nothing back. I followed up and they apologised and said they’d offer me a preferential rate if I reordered. I said ok and they didn’t bother to respond again! I reordered myself and now the money has arrived later than promised and because I can’t get in within the 2 days they won’t honour the rate for me.

TOTAL JOKE OF A COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Easy to use website and speedy delivery of currency at no cost.

Ordered online to collect Barrhead travel,Braehead.Arrived on Monday midday.No currency available and said they had just cashed up and did not know when it might come.Sent two emails to No1 with no response.Wont use again.This was about 3 weeks ago.

The member of staff at the till was very courteous and helpful. He handled my Mum’s queries in a professional manner.

Absolutely first class service, we always order online then pick up in store without a hitch. This time it was Indonesian rupiah which we joked about the cashiers fingers being numb by the time she had counted it all out🤣 always happy and pleasant staff.

Stuck on the verify if you are human spent 10 mins verifying and selecting pictures with it advising me to try again later. Have went elsewhere for my currency.

Money never arrived. Company lied repeatedly about where it was. Inconsistent stories. Never arrived in the store.
