We had ordered $200USA dollars via the Post Office for use as tips when we are in the US and when we collected them, the denoms were 4 x $50!! Thanks to A&B Accounts service in Earlestown we now have a proper spread of $ denoms to use over there. First rate customer service at the time of ordering,as we turned up at their office without notice. The exchange rate is not an issue, the service received is far more important. Thank you once again.

They gave a good rate of exchange and the money arrived on.time.

Placed a order expecting it to be here within the 4 days as advertised and had to order elsewhere 10 days later as I couldn't risk it not arriving in time.

Very easy to order currency and I could order several different currencies to be delivered together.

I was a little concerned about the delivery but it was delivered 2 days ahead of schedule by Royal Mail special delivery signed for. I was impressed. Would use them again.

I usually get my foreign currency from my local post office but this time I just wanted some low denomination US Dollars for using to buy small items like icecreams, etc as was told that in Egypt the locals prefer US dollars to their own Egyptian pound. The PO was unable to guarantee that the currency would come in small enough denominations but a lady queuing behind me told me of a shop in town where No.1 Currency operated and had the best exchange rate in the area. So I went there and the lady behind the desk couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't have to order the currency as she had plenty of the $1s and $5s I wanted, right there. I will definitely use this shop again for my foreign currency.

I've used Thirsk Travel (No1 Currency local outlet) several times now, and always get a great rate and courteous and friendly service.
It's local and convenient and whilst you can pre-book there is no need as they always have common currencies in stock.

Barnsley Branch I visited on a Windy Rain filled day.
The Young Lady at the service counter was very polite and helpful.

Bought some currency at the St Enoch's branch Glasgow - served by a delightful young women exceptional customer service

Very disappointed. Ordered currency Monday, no update all week. Told Friday it wouldn’t be ready until Monday, too late for my trip, so I had to buy elsewhere at a worse rate. Then got a message Saturday saying it was ready. All communication had to be chased by me

ordered euros and it states that they should be ready within a few hours. 4 Days later i get a email to say its ready to collect. took so long i went elsewhere so if you need your currency within a day or 2 go elsewhere

The lady behind the desk was extremely helpful. I mentioned I had tried to do the transaction online but it said that they needed 12hrs notice before collection. I was allowed to do it online on my phone within the shop & the very kind lady helped me through the process. I collected my Euros & I was very happy, thank you very much.

Rates are pretty competitive and the staff support and understanding is impressive. I really recommend. No 1 Currency provides good service to the customers. Special admiration to Sri Lankan staff member Miss Harshani ....😊

Aboulutely awful. Waited for 20 minutes in the branch of Cameron Toll Edinburgh, nobody serviced or asked us do we need any help. Two staffs busying selling trips and the other two said they were not trained to handle money. We bought £260,000 Turkish liras it's about 130 notes of 200 Turkish liras. The envelope was too thin to hold all the notes, we asked can we have another envelope please? She was so rude and impatient, said one envelope for one transaction only. For the whole process she didn't smell at all. She treated us like third citizens. She shouldn't work there if she doesn't want to service us. It's time to train your staff how to serve customers! Awful experience!
