i went to get my order off 920 euros today using 700 English pounds and 100 northern Ireland pounds sterling. they refused to accept the 100 pounds in northern Ireland money as it was not English sterling well yes it is sterling i found this unacceptable as northern Ireland is not a second class country and their notes are acceptable in uk.... i got home and rang no 1 currency about it she laughed at me and said i will get my supervisor she went off for 5 minutes came back and said supervisor was in a meeting i find this behavior unacceptable as a customer please rectify northern Ireland sterling is acceptable in uk...How ironic that is was an exchange office that would not exchange fuming!!!!

I’ve placed the order and next day went to make an exchange to which I’ve been told by a store that they don’t have enough cash so they can’t do it. What is the point of me ordering it online? Rate is only valid for 48 hours as well. Don’t use it as it’s pointless.

It was quick and easy to book. Currency arrived on the day scheduled.

Safe and legit company. Good rates, and money was delivered quickly. Would only mention that it came faster than expected - they told me to be at home on Monday to sign for the delivery, but it arrived on Saturday when I was out. Luckily, someone else was at home to sign for it.

The young lady was very helpful and diligent. Although I wasn't buying a large amount of currency in monetary terms it was in smaller denominations so was quite a thick bundle. She counted it out for herself,put it through the cash counter then counted out to me. 10 out of 10.

Quick,easy on time.

I received an online quote to exchange 500 Danish Kronor for sterling (worth about 54) and went to the agreed office with a 500 DK note. The office refused to exchange this because it was too large a denomination note. This was not made clear online. The only reference to their unwillingness to accept large denomination notes gave an example of a 500 euro note which is worth considerably more (about £437).

Emailed to say it had been despatched by Royal Mail special delivery I waited until 6.19 the following day still not arrived no calling card from post office so I called for tracking number it’s over £1000 so I am worried. Nope didn’t have any tracking number could hardly understand due to his accent and left the phone call
Now wondering where my £1000 and cannot believe you would despatch this amount of money and not have a tracking number to provide to the customer - will never use again the extra you get with the rate is not worth the hassle

The order was quick and efficient. The money came on the day requested. The only problem I had was with the web site I can never find my year of birth. I eventually work it out but I am never sure how I achieve it!
