Very quick delivery which was great
Very quick delivery which was great because my old weighing scale ( bought 10 years ago from Nisbets ) had stopped working. I like the scales i bought, vogue waterproof electric scales, one problem i do have with them is, i cant seem to turn them off using on/off button, i turn them off at the plug when I'm done, hopefully this is okay to do, i didnt make a complaint

Thank you for your feedback and for your continued loyalty over the past ten years. We are happy to hear that the fast delivery was helpful and that you are generally pleased with your new waterproof scales. We acknowledge your concern regarding the power button not functioning properly and your need to switch the device off at the mains. Turning the unit off at the plug will not harm it, but we want to ensure your equipment works as intended. Holding down the power button should turn it off - please reach out to us at sales@nisbets.ie if we can be of any further assistance!
