Ordered 3 items which according to the website were in stock…… got 2 of the items delivered the next day.. … excellent!!!! 10/10.
Unfortunately the 3rd item is still awaiting dispatch ( according to the website) nearly 2 weeks later…
Nobody has contacted me through email or phone to advise me what happened or what’s going to happen… I get it… items can be out of stock or whatever but the fact that I was not notified and was charged for the item….
A simple email or call explaining the issue/ delay and definitely not charging for an item that was never dispatched would have helped…… so I will put this one down to poor customer service or no one gives a dam…. we have your money!!!!

I put in an order for two items on Saturday, 30 May 2026. One was sent immediately, while the other was on back order and arrived in mid-July. The service was fine but seemed to be organised from abroad. Nisbets' pricing is always on the high side while their products are average.

Quick delivery and Love the blender
Delivery was very quick.Love the blender because it can blend a large quantity at once to a smooth paste. Blends beans perfectly when soaked first. However from the first use I could smell some burning smell but stopped after. If not for that it’s a 5 star - 10/10.

My item was 49.99. I had to purchase something else to push it over 50EUR for free delivery. Then items came in 2 separate deliveries!! Makes no sense. Happy with my items, they were as described.

I have had a 4 slice rowlett for 25 years with terrific sevice. Obviously A replacmqent had to be a rowlett.
Rowletts servce was excellent and delivery was 3 weeks early and 2 replacment elements were supplied with the new toaster
