Order was delivered by royal mail and left in the communal area of my flats instead of posted trough the letter box that is on the outside of ny block
Contacted Nija Vapes to be advised that as the item was delivered i should of checked the tracking.
A communal area is not delivery to myself so no vapes and no offer to replace
Will not ve using this company again. The customer service is shocking

To be absolutely clear, leaving your order (1052774) in a communal area, as the photo on the Royal Mail website confirmed, is a failed delivery, and we apologize that you have not received your items.
As we last communicated, we have raised a formal claim with Royal Mail to investigate the missing parcel on your behalf. To support and strengthen this claim, we had requested the formal complaint number you may have received from Royal Mail, along with any further evidence. We still need this information to process the claim as quickly as possible, as Royal Mail frequently rejects claims without additional supporting details from the recipient.
Once Royal Mail approves the claim—a process that can unfortunately take up to 30 business days—we will be able to immediately offer you a full refund or send a replacement order.
We understand your decision not to use our company again, but we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter for you. Please contact us directly at info@ninja-vapes.co.uk with your Royal Mail complaint reference so we can update you on the progress and expedite the resolution.
