Sorry to hear that you didn't receive your 3 extras this time around - we understand why you'd be expecting them! However, we want to clarify that our "buy 20 get 3 free" deal only applies to retail orders, not wholesale orders like our boxes of 10. We consider boxes of 10 to be a wholesale purchase, which isn't eligible for the freebies. If you'd like to take advantage of the deal next time, please add 20 individual vapes of your choice to your cart instead of the box of 10s. At checkout, just let us know your preferred flavours for the 3 free vapes in the comments section, and we'll hook you up!
