The company has recently gone downhill. I had been using them for over a year and they sent faulty items. Contacted customer services and it is appalling as they can't even track your order. Sent me faulty items and couldn't even find my latest order. Will not be using this company again.

While the payment attachment confirms a transaction, we require the official order number, specific items, and dispatch date from our system to verify the purchase and process a return claim.
2. **Return Policy:** The only confirmed order our system could match to your account (Order 1029236, dispatched November 25, 2025) falls outside our 30-day return and replacement policy, meaning we are unable to assist with it.
We understand your immense frustration and regret that our strict policy and system requirements prevent us from moving forward without the verifiable order details for the items in question.
