It's not Swiss
Product ordered 1st Jan, arrived 16th March. Maybe 10 emails sent about it on my side . Replies were prompt but very chat botty. When the product finally came it was totally useless - a noise cancelling headband that does not reduce noise at all. It's my fault for mistakenly thinking NineLife was Swiss not American, and for not researching the company. Will never order from NineLife again

Czekam na realizację zamówienia…
Czekam na realizację zamówienia przeszlo miesiąc- to skandal!!! Szybciej dochodzą paczki z Chin.
Po każdej wysłanej informacji celem uzyskania odpowiedzi, kiedy zamówiony i opłacony produkt trafi do mnie, otrzumuję odpowiedzi, ze zamówienie jest w trakcie realizacji i można śledzić jego drogę.
Ostatnie upomnienie o nie otrzymanej przesyłce poskutkowało zaproponowaniem mi 20% rabatu na kolejne zamówienie oraz zapewnienie, ze rozpoczęto proces sprawdzenia co stało się z przesyłką i proces ten potrwa 7 dni.
Cała korespondencja odbywa się w języku angielskim.
Jestem zawiedziona i wkurzona całą sytuacją.
