Fast response and fast delivery, very good communication

No problem with ordering and with tracking happy my product came a few days ago and can’t wait for results from using it, will put up a review of the product when I see results

There was an issue with delivery (parcel was delayed) and when I contacted Ninth Avenue Ireland to find out where my parcel was, the customer service team responded quickly and reassured me that they would look into it. I was impressed with their speed of response and with their follow up, and my parcel did arrive then after that.

Excellent service. Only complaint is cost of postage. 🥰

Ordered sunscreen on their website - advertised as 15 bottles. Got a weeks later email saying unfortunately they didn’t have my product in stock and offering an alternative. I agreed. Over a month later package arrived with 1 bottle - when. Questioned it they said sorry mistake on website - they offered me a 15% refund and keep the 1 bottle - DON’T BUY ANYTHING from this site - complete scam.

I have tried it a couple of times and have recommended it and will purchase for a friends birthday at end of month if you put on cleansed skin can you wear makeup without makeup stopping the product working it feels good

Never buy from this website, location is Ireland but item coming from US, waiting for the item last more than 2weeks still waiting. Bad service.

Scammers, ordered a scissors set for €100 and saw the exact same set on TEMU for €17, appalled!!

Absolute scammers. Selling a "discounted" haircare bundle for EUR 580, while bought separately elsewhere, these products would cost EUR 150 maximum.

The order took several weeks to arrive but was exactly as described.

I ordered lash serum and was charged money but received no confirmation email. While they were polite and responsive by email it took way too long to confirm they didn't have my order (24 days). They refunded me after this but I noticed prices keep changing on their site and they WAY WAY overcharge......I won't purchase here again. Shop around 1st.
