The item I ordered arrived far too late even though I ordered more than a month ahead of when I would need it.

Delivery service took 4 weeks to arrive leaving only 3-4 weeks to use the product before delivery
Also the instruction need to be made clearer and step by step with pix from behind

Bought the item on 15th and was given a 2 week delivery date. Item was was sent out from the US on the 21st, only shipped out on the 28th and guess what? It arrived in Great Britain on 1st Sep. Still no ETA on when item will be delivered. It's faking a HK website. Please do not use.

Delivery rather slow.

It took about a month to receive.

Product arrived as promised and within the delivery window stipulated although the end of it. Price as very good but website appeared to have same product at two very different prices. Could not figure out the difference. Delivery notice did not seem to indicate actual ship date rather the creation of a shipping document.

I thought you were Hong Kong based and shipping will be quicker. It took almost one. month to come from USA.

Good panel of products available to hong Kong. However the negative point is the waiting time for delivery that can be very long to Hong Kong as it’s coming from the US.

Highly mislead that it's a HK store and the phone number and email all are HK numbers and .hk; Then you need to wait over 1 month for the goods to arrive because they sent you from the US by the lowest mailing. And for return, HK post is not taking any US mail, so you can either accept it or just send back by FEDEX in a 200USD shipment cost. For the returning they only give you a US address and with nothing else. It's so misleading and such a scam.

The packing was neat and tidy but it would be greater if the shipment could have been made faster.

They are defrauding customers. Though website says HK, they send delivery from US, which is ridiculous. There is no guaranteed delivery time. I ordered a medical equipment which I needed in one week, they delivered in three weeks.. Use it on your own risk. I have rejected to accept the courier as directed by their customer service. Hope they will refund the amount.

Almost everything is available in Medimart and local Hong Kong stores so please order from there. Also better to touch and feel if its a medical equipment.

Waiting more than 20 days for delivery. Customer Service does not reply very often. Would avoid this company for international shipments.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, no updates on shipping. When chased gave an estimated delivery date of 10 April (which has come and passed), no proactive messaging despite missing the deadline. Emailed again - response is “just checking”.

Terrible service.
