From the time I ordered this product and it arrived at my door was 7 days which is incredible especially when it came out of the US.

Poor service. Sells faulty product. Initially appears to be helpful with prompt response agreeing that the product is faulty and indicates they will make amends. Then suddenly decides not to be helpful or even responsive. Very poor service from a company that others should be warned to avoid dealing with like a scam. Hopefully, this was a one off, and their service is better for others, but do not want to deal with them again.

We needed help with an ionic machine. We said we didnt purchase it from them and weren't expecting any warranty etc. We just wanted to some advice. They sent wordy but totally unhelpful answers back that were no help at all. Either English isnt their first language or they just cant be bothered helping anyone. All they want is sales. A health company that isnt interested in your health just your money. Disgraceful.

They sold me equipment to aid my disabled husband it without having it in stock. Then offered me a discount when I asked for a refund. Then a further discount was offered. I insisted on a refund. Then they said they had it in stock. Then they said it was delayed 2 months. I insisted on a refund and again they offered me a further discount. After 5 tries I finally got a cancellation and refund. They do not like refunding and in my opinion use delaying tactics....but persevere. The communication was timely but frustrating. However as they did eventually refund I wound consider using them again.
