I got notified by Ninelife when my order arrived to the local post office, which was very helpful because the post office doesn't send notification s sometimes. Everything OK. The only palce I can get supplements from abroad. I just wish the products were cheaper - there is a premium for being the only ones who deliver to my country.

Its more than 3 weeks and I still don't have my order from CZ. I don't think, that thay will send me anything so late.

Ninelife is a scam. Stay away from it. I ordered from Czech Repuplic website. Order no: CZ-NL#P836317828.

They didn’t sent me the order confirmation, also no invoice received. After I sent an email, they replied that there was a technical glitch in their system but my order successfully issued. They sent me a delivery tracking link 3 weeks later but still no invoice and no order confirmation received. My order kept by the customs office without any explanation. They probably didn’t declare the items correctly or sent completely wrong item. I reached out to the customer line and asked for a full refund but no response from Ninelife so far.

They literally scammed me. They issue me a full refund or I will fill an official complaint to the consumer protection office so they will never try to scam other people again.

Good price. Fast.
