Very quick response with advice. Good idea to suggest photos of the parts requested. Parts followed, free of charge with spares as well.

Unfortunately the solar panel was broken, unattached from its frame. They did send a replacement but again another faulty solar panel. I have tried to glue and tape the panel but very wary that it won’t be waterproof. Real shame as light seems good quality but wouldn’t recommend as solar panel is poor quality at best compared to other brands

This was a request from my son for Christmas. Not used yet of course but ordering was easy and delivery quick. Would use again

Wow Thankyou so much. Not only replaced a torch under guarantee but as a good will gesture repaired the older torch free of charge. That is what we call service. All in less than a week. The best torch we have ever had.

I contacted this company via there website to ask for help in obtaining a base unit for my night searcher pro 250.
Customer service was the best I could ask for, Tracy contacted her tech team to see if they could help, within 3 day they sent me a base unit so I could charge my night searcher.
Some companies would have said "sorry but we can't help" this experience has been above and beyond excellent.
I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from this company with the assurance that they really do put the customer first.

Really quick delivery. Fantastic product (I think I've got the brightest torch in the Police now)!! Really good. Cannot recommend it enough. A little more expensive than I wanted to pay, however seriously good quality and should last longer than everyone else's....

Brilliant batteries - I bought the same kind which was already in my head light 6 years ago. They lasted all that time without fail. Well worth the cost. Great print delivery with confident service.

Quick service to supply a spare battery charger for my Panther light (having lost the original charger that came with it).

I have a replacement Nightsearcher Explorer 1000 from Nightsearcher as the charging point on the first flashlight became loose and it would not charge.
Nightsearcher customer service were really good and found that it was under warranty and replaced it.
However the replacement has developed the same problem and the charging point is again loose and I cannot charge it.
It is a brilliant, robust flashlight but it appears that the charging point has some issues and may need an upgrade.
My current flashlight is from December 2020.
Nightsearcher replied immediately to my problem and have offered to repair/replace my faulty flashlight.

The battery arrived in good time, but with no usb charger.
I contacted the company snd got an autoresponce saying theyll be in touch in 24hrs, ( this was friday so was expecting a reply Monday) monday has wellgone and stillno responce.
