Ordered and received my Night searcher torch within three days.
I ordered the night searcher SL1600 and the torch has a very powerful beam which illuminates pretty much our entire garden from the patio.
This will be a very useful aid during the coming dark winter nights.

The headtorch was delivered on time and the company had helped, prior to purchase, with advice on the product. I was able tp extend the warranty to 5 years at no extra cost. The product lives up to it's billing with a powerful spot beam.

I purchased the Explorer - 1000 & the Torch itself is excellent, but have had problems with chargers. First charger in box never worked, I got a replacement from dealer I purchased and it charged fine for a while, has now stopped working.
Can a seperate charger be got for the Li-Ion 3,7v battery as I think it would be more durable that the USB charging lead?
Can you advise please.

The security lights purchased were to replace a previous model. Although they looked better the settings are allocated in a very difficult location to access and when standing on a ladder, less that ideal. the design needs a rethink.

All I wanted was lead for a lamp that I had bought previously and lost.you wanted approx £60for lead but new light with lead on sale for £25 albeit in sale!!? How does that work.i now have 2 lamps and 1 lead.Nobody got back to me after 2 months of chasing.the product is spot on but the customer service side is pants.

Really useful light, the Galaxy 1200, perfect for under floorboards, lofts, back of cupboards etc. Good price, quick delivery, would recommend. Good company to deal with.

poor quality for the price
strap slips and then fails to stretching in no time
torch allows water in then it steams up
cable is thin and suffers internal breakage easily
item seems impossible to get into to try to rectify problems

I requested a price for a repair to a torch that was out of warranty,I posted this to them and was amazed when a brand new replacement was mailed to me in return free of charge.
Fantastic company,superb customer service.
