Quick delivery and great product. I purchased a 10000 lumen portable flood light that uses existing power tool batteries as a power source. Means the price wasn't to high as they don't need to supply... Mehr ansehen

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. Aside from the fact the quality of the products are exemplary, I forgot to apply my new customer discount voucher and instead of sending it back and reordering to apply it, they helped me there on the spot. The person I spoke to was engaging and understanding and was a pleasure to speak to. You can't say the same about many companies these days.

Great service.
Although NightSearcher initially despatched the wrong item, Nikki Williams from their sales team replied promptly and courteously to my email and arranged for the correct battery to be delivered. It is often how things are sorted after an initial mistake that is the real test of service. In this instance NightSearcher did well and I would recommend them. I am pleased with my purchase and it was delivered safely and securely.

Definitely 5 star.
Definitely 5 star.
I bought a Zoom700R - which is a really nicely made and smoothly functioning headtorch, just right for my DIY - from a Building Supplies Shed.
But the battery wouldn't hold charge when not in use.
The Shed where I bought it was not easy to work with or travel to - so I raised the issue with NS.
They sent a new battery foc.
That's the sort of service the customer wants and appreciates. It's a small problem, and it's fantastic to find a company that cares (and about a reletively small purhase) and to have that problem solved.
Thanks a lot, Nikki and team, stay cool,
Alasdair

Small but perfectly formed excellent keyring illumination
These small keyring lights have all the power needed to be able to see what you are doing, and the clip and magnet make this a very practical short duration worklight

Quality products from this company and…
Quality products from this company and prominent in their field.
I have had several of their products and they have all been first class, however, one small point about the security light I purchased, the control adjustments are built inside the unit, so you have to climb up and open the unit to make adjustments. Nicely water proof, but a bit of a pain for adjusting.

There is a design fault with the beanie light as the beam is not low enough, but shines upwards. Please modify the light position to shine lower.
Otherwise, a good idea.
