The purchase and delivery experience was relatively pleasant. However upon delivery, the driver didnt install the unit tightly which letting the two part of lounge being loose. And i cant tighten it as it seemly need special tools for it.

This is my second purchase from Nick Scali. Living regionally I purchased online knowing the quality of the product and delivery service was second to none. Once again very happy with my purchase and will continue to both buy and recommend Nick Scali.

I’m very happy with my Barbuda lounge with chaise. It’s extremely comfortable especially when using the recliners. I looked for a long time before I settled on this lounge. The service and notifications given by Nick Scali were good too.

Very comprehensive details regarding delivery and placement of furniture in house. Entertainment unit , coffee table and side table arrived as arranged and assembled in a very efficient manner. Delivery guys even were willing to flatten out boxes for disposal. Very impressed. Furniture is exactly as pictured and described on line. I will definitely use N S for future purchases.

Visited the Toowoomba store intending to purchase the Everly 4.5 and 3 seater lounges.
However, we left due to a male salesperson’s aggressive and erratic conduct.
After enquiring about warranty and delivery, my husband made a brief comment regarding the delivery cost. The salesperson immediately became confrontational, raised his voice, stated “we don’t haggle in here”, gestured with his arms, and abruptly walked away mid conversation.
After we left and entered another store within the centre, the salesperson came out into the shopping area and appeared to be looking for us. As we were preparing to leave in the car park, I observed him watching us, as we drove away, he made an offensive hand gesture.
This behaviour was intimidating, highly unprofessional, and entirely unacceptable.
I went to the store to buy lounges feeling excited, left the store feeling intimidated and scared.
This is the short version of what happened!
I made a written complaint and subsequently bought the lounges online.
I will never enter or even go to the shopping centre where Nic scali is.

Terrible after sales service. One of our chair broke on the same day it was delivered and over a week later I’m still waiting on someone to call me despite my emails and calls.

My lounge makes squeaky noises when my husband is reclining on it or moving his body to adjust his seating position.
I think one end has not been properly fitted as it moves around a bit.

The staff at the Shepparton store was helpful and knowledgeable. Delivered quickly to an apartment that was a little bit tricky to navigate through narrow openings but eventually got there in the end. The sofa bed is better IMHO in that it opens up into a raised bed, as opposed to the ones that fold out onto the floor.

The couch is absolutely perfect; the customer service and delivery, on the other hand, were not.

The team at Preston were more than helpful in selecting the colour and fsbric of our new Milo couches. The staff member retired before we recieved the couches, but was great to have her experience and input. Made the decision so easy!
