Excellent, efficient and communicative staff made my experience very pleasant. The table appears to be made of quality timber and very well finished. Delivery was on time and the driver quickly assembled my table all ready to go.

It was a great online shopping experience. So easy and worry free. The product were beautiful as showing online. The delivery was so smooth. They offered suitable date to choose for delivery and 3 hours window to let you know in advance and another text once on board. On the day, you can track all the way to your place. Pretty much on time! Would love to shop again with lounge lover! Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best service hands down I have had for a very long time. Delivery was so quick, delivery day the couch was delayed due to traffic I was updated the whole day. The boys who delivered it were fantastic and super polite and friendly and my couch.... OMG my couch is gorgeous! 10 out of 10 for this purchase could not recommend them enough!

Above and beyond service from start to finish
I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the entire experience. The delivery team were incredible. I live in an older unit with very small doorways, and getting the couch inside was a seriously tight squeeze. They went above and beyond to make it work, all while staying positive and calm when I was definitely stressed.
The couch itself is amazing and so comfortable, but what really stood out was the service from start to finish. Communication leading up to delivery was clear and consistent, and on the day I felt completely looked after.
I’m genuinely blown away and will be recommending Lounge Lovers to everyone I know purely because of the service.
