The lawyers and other personnel always kept me informed on the progress of the transfer of my time shares. The costs were in line with what I expected. I am very glad to have the process completed.

The Newton Group was up front about the considerable cost involved in this transaction. They provided step-by-step guidance, and delivered everything they promised. The communication throughout the process was fast and friendly.

They delivered on what was expected, which was ridding me of my timeshare. I felt their process was overly sales-y and pressure-oriented, which is a bit ironic because that's the same approach that timeshare purveyors take in selling timeshares. I also think that the fact they charge you based on your annual timeshare maintenance fee is further taking advantage of consumers who are already in a bind.

The Newton Group got us out of a contract with Nantucket in Branson, Missouri. They were friendly, kept us a informed, and were very professional.

Newton Group did exactly what we wanted and that was to rid us of our timeshare.

We were very leery when we went to the initial Newton presentation but had previously read some positive reviews. So we signed with them. It was costly, (the reason for only 4 stars) but worth it to end years and years of maintenance fees. Newton followed up right away with a link that led us through the paperwork needed to proceed, as well as a way to upload it to them. We received scheduled phone calls to check on our progress, etc. They set us up with Capital Law in Washington, D.C. Our legal rep was very personable, honest, and always called us at the scheduled times with updates. We had contacted the resort multiple times on our own previously, so we didn't hold out much hope this would be any different. But Capital Law got it done for us, and we've been released and everything is legally completed!! We are out of the timeshare business!!! We only paid the initial fee, and no further expenditures were needed. The process took 8 months from beginning to end, much sooner than we ever imagined!

Clear advice about the process and on going communication was great.
The process does take sometime to complete especially if you don't reside in the USA.
However with a positive result I have no hesitation in recommending Newton Group to assist you in disposal of a timeshare.

Our experience was good overall. There was an issue with automatic emails from Newton telling us our info wasn’t in order and we were going to be moved to inactive status, but that got corrected. Otherwise the process was straightforward. Be aware that you will pay a separate fee to the timeshare to release you from your agreement. The Newton Group fee is not all inclusive.

Everything went as good as possible, or better! The law firm Newton Group uses is spectacular!
Definitely would recommend them to everyone looking to exit their timeshare.

Newton group has excellent customer service and did a great job helping me get rid of my timeshares. They walked me through the process and held up there end of the bargain. No more payments to timeshares I can’t use.

No joke: My ex and I were stuck for 18 years in our timeshare. Luckily we rented it out through the resort, so that pretty much leveled the maintenance fee to zero every year after fees. I eventually was stuck with it and the coowner ignored my rants. Usually around tax time 😵 We both had failed attempts with fraudulent companies in the past. When I got married, I started looking religiously and these guys did it!

Even my coowner was corporative when he learned this was a legit company. Both of us did everything separate—paperwork and everything since we were in different states and not together anymore.

The lawyer they hired, helped me split the cost as much down the middle and did promissory notes for repayment privately between myself and my coowner. We used Zelle for him paying me back. I was shocked because he was 100 fluid. I thank the lawyer.

It was not cheap but the timeshare exit team was transparent, did their research, and everyone including the lawyer knew their s***! I’ll never buy a timeshare again so can’t say I’ll ever use their services again.

We were fresh off deployment, in love, and was bought a timeshare in Vegas—😑

Lesson learned.

It took some time but worth the wait. Exiting was worth every penny to now have peace of mind. 🙃

The Newton Group did a outstanding job in releasing us from our timeshare. They worked very quickly and it is a worry we no longer have.

The Great thing about Newton Group is that they got the job done!! Unfortunately it took over a year and several bumps but we both hung in there to get the job done.

Timeshares is a nasty business and this group handled them well. They consistently made contact with us and updated us on all aspects.

When I received a letter from Newton Group about selling my timeshare, I thought here is another one. But then I remembered my brother mentioning selling his TS through Newton so... The rest is history. The meeting in my hometown was well organized and I thought the "investment" was worth a try. I was RIGHT. Newton Group was exceptional and very professional in handling the transaction. Again, Thank You Newton Group!

I will say it took a little longer than i thought, however the Newton Group did exactly what they said they would. The end result is that tey got us out of our timeshare.

The Newton Group is definitely who you should call to get out of a timeshare. I had committed to another one before I discovered Newton Group. I had spoken with a third. The first one was double the cost, took too long, did not connect me directly with a lawyer and was not able to negotiate for me.
Right away the Newton Group gave me options and put me in touch with a lawyer who was able to tell me about the progress and negotiate on my behalf. I highly recommend the Newton Group.

From the get-go my wife and I had a good feeling about the Newton Group. When we talked with their representatives we felt they were being honest with us and really wanted to assist us. They gave us detailed information regarding what their program would entail and the various options for ridding ourselves of the timeshare. They were upfront about the timeline and kept every appointment that was made to update us on the exit progress. Most importantly, if we had concerns or questions, we were able to get in touch with a representative and we had the same persons helping us along the way. They sent us a detailed questionnaire to complete regarding our experiences with the timeshare company and reasons for wanting to exit. It was a lot of work but made us feel involved and that the process was legitimate. Many of our documents were required to be notarized adding to the feeling of legitimacy. Along the way, we decided to utilize the services of a law firm the Newton Group was associated with. The folks at the law firm were equally attentive and professional. Their fee was part of the contract we had with the Newton Group. All their work was covered and we never heard any mention of additional fees! They kept us informed along the way and honored every appointment. In fact, they contacted us a day in advance of our scheduled closing appointment and the Newton Group contacted us the day after our closing appointment with the attorney firm! Both the Newton Group and our attorney representatives did what they said they would do and completed the work in the timeline they offered. As a result, we are timeshare free! Additionally, our fee for their representation was less than we would have paid for our mortgage and annual maintenance fees, saving us a considerable amount of money. We had a great experience and are happy we chose them!
