The Newton Group made selling our timeshare very easy. They worked as the middleman between us and Wyndham and handled all necessary paperwork and communication. Even through the process was lengthy we were always kept current on what was happening.
We have another timeshare we will need to sell and will definitely use Newton Group again.

Before my husband and I started to work with Newton Group in 2023, we were skeptical about the whole idea of hiring a company to get rid of our Timeshare. But, as we were determined to rid of it after owning ours for 33 years, we wanted to give a shot and chose Newton Group over others upon reading many reviews on several Timeshare exit companies. We signed our contract on Feb 14, 2023 with Newton Group and were notified that we are no longer the owner of the timeshare as of Sept 19, 2023. Hooray for completing my case in a just little over 7 months. We are very happy that my case was completed within the same calendar year so that we no longer have to pay yearly maintenance fees for 2024 and beyond in addition to 5 year Timeshare improvement fee which would be due in 2024.
Newton Group took the matter professionally from beginning to the end. If you provide all the necessary documents as requested and clear with your decision at each step as guided by Newton Group, you are on a right track.

Honestly I was in the process of scheduling a time on their website when I received a call from them. My wife was not feeling well today (Tuesday) so I was scheduling for Thursday. The rep from Newton was not listening to what I was telling him and continued to try and get me to do the consultation now! What the Heck! Feels like the high pressure sales of a Timeshare all over again!

Just awful - it has been 4 years since I paid them a large sum and they did not get me out of my timeshare. The law firm they assigned me to (DC Capital Law) abandoned me - stating that they ran out of money from Newton Group and I am on my own. No answer e-mailing Newton Group. They left me hanging out to dry. Now I am getting large past due notices from the timeshare.

I did not want my family to get stuck with the financial burden of increasing maintenance fees. I hired the Newton Group because of their length of time in business and their mostly positive customer reviews. Everyone at the Newton Group and broker were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I contacted them every 3 months for updates. I always received a response within 2 days. The cost was reasonable for the service. It was equivalent to a couple of years of maintenance fees. The Newton Group and broker guided me through the process to make sure I did everything correctly. It took 1.5 years to transfer ownership so patience was required. If you want out of your timeshare, I highly recommend the Newton Group.

I hardly heard back from them. I always had to call. Every time We called it was with a new lawyer who knew nothing about my particular case/claim. I ended up getting a letter that they settled with one of my timeshares but nothing on the other two that by the way they were paid for. I have called and no call back. Took my almost 12,000 and I got screwed.

They did what they said they would do. In the time they said they would.

This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. All the necessary steps were clearly explained to me in meetings with staff and legal counsel. During those meetings staff answered all my questions regarding the process and what would happen in exiting my time share. This included advising me how long it would take and the legal requirements to exit the contract. Holly and other staff responded promptly to my emails and phone calls concerning various documents and kept me informed as to the activity and the timeline on the exit process.

Newton Group did an incredible job for me in quickly helping me get out of our timeshare. I am now timeshare free. They did everything they said they would in the expected timeframe ~8 months from start. Note too that I had to do my part each step of they way (I made it a point to hit same day quick turnaround - some paper-work on my side).

Saved me $2400 dues in November 2023. It cost me exactly what they quoted me both time and cost from the beginning.

Being kept apprised of the process and available to discuss concerns

While helping me get released from a timeshare, the Newtown Group was extremely professional and knowledgeable. At the beginning of the process, they laid out the steps for the procedure to eliminate the timeshare. They provided a timeframe for the entire process. When the process started, there was no guess work involved. Everything proceeded as outlined at the beginning. The elimination process actually completed quicker than originally planned. I recommend their services to anyone wishing to get out from under a timeshare.

The Newton Group were timely, in returning my calls. They kept me informed and were considerate of my situation.

WE have been dealing with the Newton Group since October of 2022. They sent us over to Timely Acquisitions; We have been trying to contact them and get no replies. Could this be the place be a scam?
