The pandemic slowed things down for us as we were just beginning correspondences with our attorney. They were based in Washington DC and closed down their office. However, eventually things picked up and we've officially
terminated ties with 2 timeshares. It was a blessing to us. We are still unfortunately being saddled with the credit card debt that the second timeshare was in cahoots with but that's our punishment for being blindly led into purposely by the timeshare industry. We wanted out of our longstanding timeshare. We were convinced that we were upgrading our current timeshare and getting additional amenities when in fact we found out was a purchase of an additional timeshare. Why would we buy another when we were wanting out of the old one....! Newton Group and our attorney never gave up on us!

We heard the commercial from the Newton group a number of times and finally called and made an appointment for a telephone conference call. After considering our options we contracted with you to get us out of the (3)
Marriott properties. It took about 2-1/2 years but we’re finally free thanks to the Newton group. We tell our friends that want to get out of their time shares about you with glowing recommendations. We were very pleased with the Newton group.

In July of 2020 I contacted the Newton Group to transfer my time share at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Beach in Mexico (Mazatlan). The representative said it would take between 1.5 and 2 years to make the transfer. It was successfully completed in 21 months with no further financial obligations on my part. I am most pleased with the result.

Even though the process took what we feel was a long time, due to the pandemic which was no fault on your end, those things happen, we feel that the Newton Group and DC Capital Law did a fantastic job in getting us out of our contract with our timeshare. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone we know who is looking to be "free" of their timeshare.

Had good help from the Newton Group people in getting rid of my 2 timeshares. It took a while and a little expensive, which I had a feeling it might be. Took about 6 or7 months to go through all the paperwork on both the Newton Group side and the resort side. Newton Group did a great job for us. Excellent service from first day - the most important thing was communication. They were excellent in keeping us informed. Now we are free of the time share and can enjoy our retirement!

We were very pleased that the Newton Group was able to help end our timeshare contact without much effort on our part. The main issue was the time that it took to complete. We had to be patient and let the process work.
