very good customer service
Delivery was timely but unfortunately the package has been damaged in transit. This was reported and we received a very quick response. The parts damaged were very quickly replaced. All in all a very good customer service and I would certainly recommend and use again.

Bad Service
Ordered material 10 days ago still don’t have it. Courier company being blamed for misdelivery and yet new order not being shipped and I’m being held at ransom for this. Appalling service.

Still not received the sample part so…
Still not received the sample part so looking to order the 8 acoutstic panels from another supplier, tried ringing on several occasions now with no answer.

I am sorry you haven't received your sample. I can see you ordered on the 17th. These are sent out via Royal Mail and do take about a week to arrive and your order would not have gone into the warehouse until the following morning. I am sorry you had problems with your delivery. I understand from the warehouse the order was put right within a couple of days. We do ask Customers not to book fitters before you have the goods and have been able to check them, as I appreciate you are then under a lot of pressure.

Exceeded expectations
Chose NP over Targwall purely on price. The competitors have in my opinion a slightly better product but if you're accurate with your cuts then that is negated. Good communication on delivery and product arrived in perfect condition.

The panels were £20 cheaper per panel than our local builders merchants!

Little bit disapointed
Bought first time a month ago,product was fantastic and arrived very quick as in description which is why I used them. However I was a little short and needed to order more so I went to the site and ordered as per first time. However this time to my disappointment I recieved an email saying was out of stock and would be 2 - 3 times lead time of advertised. I know somethings are out of our hands but other sites dont sell stock they dont have

The order number quoted I have checked and can see that we delivered within 4 days. The second order I can see was placed this weekend and although we do have an out of stock item we have informed you it will be delivered on the 24th. We do always ask people not to book in the work until they have received the goods and checked them. This is being delivered on Monday.
