The ordering process was easy- grey and white fibres. Delivery was smooth and prompt. Have not used products yet but as a female with hair loss, I hope the products will at least disguise my shiny scalp. If yes, I'll be back for more.

I have not yet received my order. Could you let me know when it will arrive please. Whistl said i could track my delivery if I put my postcode in but it rejected it and said it was wrong.

Usually ordering and delivery is smooth and efficient. Only twice have I had a problem and on both occasions customer services have been exceptional. The shortfall in one order and faulty product in the other order were dealt with quickly and courteously. A big thank you for an wonderful product and excellent service.
