When I placed my order nothing on the website said it was a preorder. Weeks went by so I reached out and what followed was a lengthy AI email informing me it was a preorder and my order would ship by June 29th.

June 29th came and rolled right into July without another update, so I reached back out. I received another lengthy AI email, this time promising my order would ship before 7/4, and if I didn’t receive a shipping notification by 7/8 to reach back out.

7/8 came and went, I reached back out and (surprise!) another lengthy AI written email, this time stating “my package was packed, it will ship when the currier picks it up which could be as soon as today (7/10) if not tomorrow or Saturday 7/12 at the latest”

7/12 came and went, I replied stating I was getting fed up and wanted a refund or my items…. and now I’m getting no response.

This company is deleting IG comments.
They shipped out a few orders to influencers who are hungry for freebies; now Namarie is riding a wave of lies and cashing in on people’s desperate hope for non-toxic athletic wear.
IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Honest review … First of all the fabric … incredible! I live in these leggings. I don’t have a models body at all and they are very comfortable and breathable. Second … I have been reading about the pre-orders and customer service issues. I did have to reach out to customer service and they always responded within 24 hours. I do know that they are a young company and if they are like most young companies there are growing pains (ie: keeping products on the shelf). I’ve always had a great experience with them so I wanted to say something because I feel like they’re getting really torn apart on here when building a business is probably really tough and I really want them to make more! Wishing you all the best! I’m definitely buying more ❤️

Pretty much same story as the rest. Placed order received 2 of the 4 contacted to find out when the rest would come in and was told it was a pre order I feel like I would have read that somewhere but oh well life is busy. Still waiting since February.
Have reached out and have not heard back.

I ordered in April, after a few weeks of them not shipping, I emailed (no phone number to be found). I got a reply that it was a pre-order and they would let me know when they ship. Long story short I got an automated email end of June saying items are in stock and shipping by July 4th, if we don't receive tracking by July 8th to contact them. I did and I got another email saying they are packing the last batch of orders was shipping (7-10) they said I could receive tracking "tomorrow or Monday" it is now Tuesday 7-15 still not tracking.

BUYER BEWARE. This company is a scam. I placed a big order and then never heard anything. I reached out and they then informed me it was a preorder. That was news to me, but I was fine with it. Weeks went by. Nothing! No order, no communication. I reached out again. They wrote a long heartfelt email about their business and that I’d have my order soon. I waited patiently. Still no order, no communication. If you comment on Instagram they delete the comment and block you.

I ordered my items in February not realizing it wouldn’t ship until May. When May came around and I hadn’t received anything I emailed their customer service. I was told there were delays and I would receive my order in June. June came and the same thing happened. It’s now July and every email I get in response to my concerns gives me a random date and an assurance that the products are shipping on that date with no follow up. This brand feels like a scam. Their social media posts also have very very little interaction- almost zero likes or comments. It seems to not be a real company.

Both my friend and I ordered items from this brand as we are trying to move towards more non toxic clothing. We both have yet to see our items and it is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone at this company. Pretty sure this entire brand is a scam. DO NOT BUY

These are amazing and buttery soft! Squat proof, sooo comfy - come home from work and I live in these leggings. Hopefully they will be making more casual clothing options very soon. It’s so soft (safe and healthy) I want more!

The material feels great, I can tell my skin can breath.
I had to exchange first for a different size but then realized these are not sweat wicking (which is probably good but not flattering) so I needed to exchange for black which does not show the sweat soaking through from hot yoga. The process of exchanging was horrible, really bad.

At first I was just super patient but after so many emails back and forth with seemingly an AI or also 10 different people (or more) not reading the previous emails, I was pretty fed up to be honest.

On top of that they didn't take any accountability for their messiness and many many mistakes, just ignoring it and not mentioning it or responding to it. Feels so disrespectful and I would not have anything to do with them again. Especially since my order for 4 different clothings was a big investment.

Desperation for endocrine friendly yoga-wear keeps me from returning it all, but next time I'll look elsewhere.

To make it right they could get back to me with a professional and honest message of apology and send me the bra I wanted for free (or pay me for the excessive time and energy spent on this transaction 🤷🏻‍♀️), that in the end I couldn't get till months from now, but I dont trust they would actually remember to send it so I took one I didn't want now instead. Their system for organization is non-existent and no one is really paying attention.

Too bad, the material seems nice.

I'll also add that the seems on both the leggings I got are eroding after only a few uses, and I wash by hand very gently.

I do like the design of the leggings, they look nice.

My thighs are 15 inches around and calf are 12 inches which is pretty slim but the XS was much too small. The S fit well.

After LOTS of online searching for high-waisted, skin-safe leggings, I am so happy that I went with Namarie. My order was true to size, and they felt amazing as soon as I tried them on. After a trip to the gym, I can definitely tell I am going to be a customer for the long haul - they kept me cool and comfortable like no legging I've ever had. I feel much better about wearing a product that is better for my skin and overall health. Love this brand!
