Never got my order and they said they couldn’t issue a refund. Filed a dispute with PayPal and they wouldn’t refund me either. The most I ever spent on athletic clothing too :/

Absolutely love how well they hold up, don't pull, and the color stays better than other brands. They fit the best compared to others and are so soft and comfortable! Can't say enough good things

I placed my order in July 20 25. It is now November 25, 2025 and I still have not received my order. They keep telling me that it was a pre-order and then I’m being notified before being shipped out I’m going to just give up on receiving any of those products and started a dispute with my credit card. Whatever you do don’t get suckered by these guys.
Completely Dishonest
I ordered in July and after weeks of no shipping notification, I emailed your "support" team. A week later I received a reply that said my item was on backorder until mid October, which I was not told when I placed the order. I was also told that I could cancel my order in my Namarie account. Waited until mid October and heard nothing, so I emailed again in late October. It is now a month later and NOTHING. No response, no shipping notification, absolutely nothing! So I go in to cancel my order and there's not even an option for that?!?! I wish I had come across all the bad reviews of their customer service and lacking quality before ordering.
Yes, they have some ironing out to do, but great products!
It definitely took some back and forth emailing regarding my order, but they were responsive and kind. Hopefully all of their logistics issues get ironed out. It did take about a month for me to get my order, but I have since washed and worn everything several times and it is a quality product for sure. The material is so nice and comfortable. There's not a lot of compression in the leggings, but I still love to wear them. I also got a sports bra that I love wearing. If they can resolve their shipping issues, this company will go far. I'm writing this in Nov 2025 after receiving in Aug 2025.

Don’t do a preorder!
I ordered a sport bra and pair of leggings in August. They said it was preorder. Their customer service said they anticipated getting them in and shipping mid October. I’ve emailed a couple times since to check. I haven’t heard back and the shipment hasn’t arrived.

This company behaves like a scam! I ordered a bra in August and have not received it. I wrote to the company over 8 times (the only way to contact them) and no reply! I would like the Better Business Bureau to investigate. Meanwhile, I have no bra and no money back.
They may not be evil, but they suck
They may not have bad intentions, but they are a terribly managed business (arguably the worst I've ever seen) and so the outcome is the same for the customer.
While the product itself is high quality, they gaslight you into thinking your orders were in fact pre-orders and justify not delivering your product for several months. They ghost the customer support email so there is no way to get any help. Their email conveniently tells you not to follow up because you'll move to the bottom of the queue, but then there is no response from weeks to months.
I've had much better experiences with alternatives like allwear apparel and I'd just say look somewhere else.

I’d give 0 stars if I could! I never received my order. When I got it it said in stock and ships in a few days. Now it’s been months and hasn’t even shipped. They told me it would come a month ago. They are deleting negative comments on their ig and fb and other social media and blocking people who leave bad reviews which is so untrustworthy. I have a skin condition that effects being able to wear polyester leggings so I was excited to finally get some good leggings. I’m on disability due to multiple lifelong disabling medical conditions and don’t have a lot of money and still purchased 3 leggings because of how much I had hoped they were leggings I could finally wear again. I don’t have a lot of money due to my health, luckily I was able to get a charge back with my credit card company for the leggings. This company is a scam

I would really give it a zero- I had attempted to purchase three items that never came- I attempted to call customer service - no phone number- emailed through their website page and my email often no responses - I contacted my cc company they gave a provisional credit however, after their investigation they reversed the credit- I am continuing to follow up now my cc is stating time has elapsed and no longer within the time frame - so I am out so much money - I did mention on instagram about the customer service or lack of and they blocked me from the site- so buyer beware DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Namarie is a total SCAM!! I placed an order in July and have never gotten my order! Their IG is completely gone now and I get these bogus, automated emails back. Thiefs!!

I ordered in July 14, 2025. I inquired about the status of my order August 3, 2025. On August 7,2025 they told me that my order was a “pre order” that I would receive it in the fall, and that I could change or cancel it at any time. On Oct. 13, 2025 I still did not receive a shipment update, so I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. It is Oct. 30, 2025 and they still have not responded to my refund request. I am reporting the company as fraud to my creditor.
Disappointed
I purchased leggings and was very disappointed. They don’t stay up while wearing, and the front fit is unflattering. When I tried to leave an honest review on their website, it wouldn’t go live. I also commented on their Facebook posts, and my comments were deleted and I was blocked. This company does not allow honest feedback, which is misleading for potential buyers.

0 stars! I ordered from them in August and it's now October 24 and I have yet to receive my items or an update about them. They delete any comments from women asking about their orders and expressing their frustrations. They've even started turning off their comments. I have requested an order cancellation and refund and have been ignored. This has been such disappointment.
I do not care how small your business is, if you are unable to communicate with your customers and ACT like you care maybe you should not be in business. People are spending hundreds of dollars on your products; the LEAST you can do is communicate with them.
Disappointed
I ordered clothing from Namarie in June of 2025. Sizes run large so I had to exchange. All orders are made to order, even an exchange. It is now 5 moths later and still no clothing. Customer service was ok the first few months and now none. I have tried all of their support sites as well I am so disappointed, this clothing line is expensive I am out the money and feel I have no recourse. I would not recommend.
Scam
Ordered 7/22. Still haven’t heard anything as of 10/20. Will report to Better Business Bureau and will try to get my money back by reporting as fraud to my credit card company. Definitely a scam.

Haven’t received my order I placed in July. Have received zero emails or correspondence back from them.

It took forever for them to ship my order. After multiple emails and a month later I finally received my trucking number. Items were poorly designed and looked very odd when I tried it on, especially the tops (unnecessary thick padding and weirdly shaped) you have to be completely flat and wide chested for it to look OK on you, legging were sliding down right away even though the size was correct. I returned the items and request a refund. They simply ignored me and didn’t follow their return policy.

Theift! Took FIVE months to get my order, had to pay for additional shipping because the company didn't cover it, and then they sent the wrong sizes and are now refusing to refund because the return window close... because they never respond until it's beyond the window with the return links!!! Worst experience ever!!! Products are poorly made as well! Save your time and money!!
Extremely poor experience—DELAYED delivery, bad product, ignored returns, blocked after asking questions
I waited four months for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, I was disappointed. The leggings are not suitable for performance, they feel poorly made, the fit is awkward, and they don’t hold up in use.
I tried to return them, but despite meeting the return requirements, the company ignored my requests for weeks. When I reached out again to ask for certification proving the product is truly “plastic-free” (after seeing Reddit and Instagram posts raising this concern), they blocked me immediately.
This behavior shows they only care about their image, not customer concerns. I feel misled, out of pocket, and greenwashed. It’s baffling that a company can continue selling by making false environmental claims, and then silence anyone who asks questions and blocking real reviews. Zero stars
