I was extremely pleased with my experience with Tap Score and SimpleLab. I had three tests of different water sources that I needed results for quickly. The team from SimpleLab helped me to get them tested quickly and accurately, even when UPS messed up the overnight shipment (Kate and Shelby from SimpleLab sent another one the next day overnight!). In addition, I was able to talk to water expert Johnny for help understanding my results, even though the interface that I received was very intuitive and easy to read. He was extremely helpful in getting the low down with my results.

At the same time, I had also sent in a different water source to a competing service, SafeHome, so I can compare TapScore against SafeHome. SafeHome was more expensive to test a city water source (about $30), they were a few days slower, and their report wasn't as easy to interpret or read. I'll definitely use TapScore again when I need to test water. Highly recommended for their professionalism, speed, and accuracy. Thanks, guys!

I have been struggling to resolve my home well-water issues...very frustrating and demoralizing to have lousy water. I reviewed a few labs to access my water’s issues and selected SimpleLabs. This was an easy way to test the water in an older home we recently purchased. It flagged some issues with our plumbing, and also provided us with the tools to speak with our local water utility about potentially upgrading our service line.

I tested my drinking water prior to installation of a tankless hot water system. Test was comprehensive and simple with good reporting.

Excellent customer service. After installing a whole home filter, I wanted to test to make sure we didn’t have PFOAs in the water. I sent the kit in and had some questions while we waited for the results. The chat and email response was fast and helpful. And we were happy with the results and the level of detail provided

We bought a house with a well and needed our water tested, Kate and the rest of the team went above and beyond. They even went as far as to recommend what they thought to be reasonable solutions to my water problems when the sales people in my area were touting their $3000+ products that may or may not be necessary.

Really excellent service from start to finish. Received my testing package promptly and the instructions for taking the sample and mailing it back were crystal clear. I received the results on the 6th business day after their receipt. The web interface for displaying the results was excellent. I had a few questions which were answered immediately and thoroughly in an online chat. Pricing was very reasonable compared to competing services. Definitely deserving of five stars!

Simple water provides a easy solution for water testing for anyone needing a piece of mind regarding their water supply. Quick easy to understand results.

The test results came back and did not match my water profile at all. I have very hard water from a well and their results showed it as very soft water. After some back and forth on this, they agreed to test the pH of another sample. It tested hard, as it always has. They tried to tell me that the pH of my water must have shifted from being very hard to being very soft (first sample) and then back to hard, all in a matter of a couple of weeks. Sorry, but aquifers don't work that way. They did refund my money, but I would never trust any of this companies results or anything that they say.

i just spoke with the Tap Score engineers on the phone -- first of all, awesome that they put kind, smart water chemistry PhDs and engineers on the phone, not just token customer service bots. Anyway, they did an amazing job all around. the test was easy, fast, and really really informative. They charged no extra money to spend 20 minutes on the phone with me and helped me pick out the right water treatment equipment for my home. this is a great service. if you have questions about your water and you can afford this $, i strongly recommend tap score. they score your water health out of 100 and then if you fall short, tell you how to get there affordably.

I searched locally and could not find the detail that I wanted in a lab. I am very happy to have found a lab that can do most all the tests that you would want. I initially settled for a bacteria test and an organophosphate test because I was concerned that a nearby agricultural canal might be contaminating my well. I spoke with at least 4 different individuals at the lab and all had understandable information and excellent support. The procedure for testing is clear and the lab tests are reasonable and come back with exceptional detail well beyond what you might expect. Options are suggested for dealing with the result of the tests and every e-mail I sent in with questions was answered promptly. I will not hesitate to order further lab tests as they are needed.

I've used other labs in the past and this is more affordable AND the reports are so much better. I've tested by water wtih Tap Score twice and I couldn't recommend them enough!

My wife and I wanted our water tested because there were some strange smells coming from the kitchen tap. We know that children are much more sensitive to toxic contaminants in water and we needed to make sure our family is safe!

The folks at Tap Score did a great job of explaining our testing options and making the entire water testing and treatment process very easy..
