They do excatly what they said and more... the hotel was amazing that we stayed in and the match was amazing to... we went to Ljubljana, Slovenia! And everything they said was spot on, will defiantly use them again!

Sorted out a great trip for me and my Dad to watch Como vs Cagliari and stay in Lake Como! Was a great place and a great experience, flight times were perfect and the hotel was good too. Seats in the stadium were ace. Got the chance to see some good sights and eat some good food. Would definitely recommend a mystery away day !

A really well organised, fun trip. They were also very communicative and accommodating to a number of late changes to our itinerary, which was great. They also found a really enjoyable match for us to attend - Bayer Leverkusen vs FC Heidenheim - where the stadium, matchday experience and atmosphere were all fantastic. Highly recommend

We had the most amazing weekend in malaga for my son's 16th birthday. Everything was great.The football was an amazing experience and the apartment was spotless we didn't want to come home. Thank you for making my son's birthday one to remember we will definitely book again . 💙

third time using MAD, few issues with information pack arriving, Jordan from team was really helpful sorting out issues, what a trip we had in berlin, roll on next year

£150 each payed. When the details were sent over, we noticed we could have saved at least £75 each. Be prepared to pay additional for carry on luggage.
For the amount we payed would have expected better seats at the match too. Would recommended doing it yourself than using a company

To see the prices on the tickets, £37 for return flights and £34 for ticket. To then pay over double feels a bit of a scam.

We had an amazing time in Norway !
I cannot fault the trip and the instructions/ tips that were emailed to me ahead of the trip.
I would highly recommend mystery away days and I would definitely book again.

Just got back from my MysteryAwayDays trip and it was absolutely brilliant — they sent me to Gdańsk, Poland, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The whole thing was super easy from start to finish — clear instructions, smooth travel, and no stress at all.

Gdańsk was such an underrated gem — amazing atmosphere and the football experience was class! It’s such a buzz not knowing where you’re heading until the reveal — proper adventure vibes.

Huge shoutout to the team at MysteryAwayDays for putting it all together — everything was spot on. Already thinking about booking my next one

This was the forth trip I had taken with a group of friends varying between 4-11 of us.
We went for the 'obscure' option this time and ended up in Oslo for a Friday night match in Lillestrom just a 10 minute train ride away. Second tier match finishing 5-1 to 'our boys', couple of great bars nearby.
Advantage of the Friday night match was it left us the whole of Saturday to explore Oslo which is a wonderful place.
As I say this was the forth and the accommodation has always been top class.
Cannot thank you guys enough - doing a great job.

I feel bad having to write this review as our first experience with mystery away days was great! Last year we got sent to Milan to watch Inter Milan play at San Siro and it was an amazing weekend. This year we got sent to Charleroi in Belgium. We did ask for Am/Am flight request and this was met.
But i do feel like the package was just thrown together so we got our preferred flight times.
Don’t get me wrong, our apartment was lovely but near the airport, & all that was really around it was an Aldi and a cafe. This meant a good 20euro taxi ride into the centre of Charleroi!
Then we come to the football. The match we were sent to see was in a different city with not a lot going on there. It took us 20 minutes to find a pub and was a 60euro taxi ride from our apartment.
There was definitely not enough consideration given to the amount of travelling we would have to do in 48hours.
Such a shame as like I say last year was great, but we do feel we were let down this year!

6am flight on a Friday from Scotland. Arrived in Düsseldorf Airport hotel around 9am. Check in wasn’t until 3pm. All 3 of us had to pay extra for early check in. Breakfastnot included.
All 3 of us asked for a bundesliga game as it was my 40th birthday but they gave us a 2nd division game instead.
We ended up getting tickets for Leverkusen on Saturday for €40 each. Why couldn’t Mystery Away Days have done that?
National holiday on the Friday, everything closed. Also everything is closed in Düsseldorf on Sunday.
The company for my birthday was fantastic but M.A.D wasn’t.
Will be trying a different company next time.

After positive reviews from a friend who's done of couple of mystery away days, I took the plunge and booked a trip with my son. I have to say the organisation, the communication, the quality of the accommodation, and of course the football, was all spot on. It all exceeded our expectations. We'd have been happy with any country, but Inter Milan and the San Siro was absolutely unbelievable. A dream come true.
I'd highly recommend giving it a go if you are in two minds. Its great value for money and we can't wait to book our next one.

The whole experience was a huge success and I would fully recommend! I’m a United fan and my dad is a City fan so we’ve not had many chances to enjoy games together. When I saw the website I thought it would be a great idea for us to experience a short trip away to watch a game. Never in a million years did we expect our destination to be Slovakia to see Slovan Bratislava! Great Country, Great Beer, Great Stadium! I think we’ll book another one as soon as we can.

10 of us booked a mystery away day for a hen. We were really excited to receive the trip destination of Malmo via Copenhagen. Flight times were considered to give us the maximum time away. The only slight disappointment was the football. The game we were given was an hour away from Malmo even though Malmo were playing at the same time. We could have bought tickets for Malmo with the extra travel costs to get to Helsingborg and saved us a 2 hr round trip.
The hotel rooms were incredibly small with the bed against the wall which is a hate of mine. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus, it was really fresh and set us up for the day.

A nice location, outside of the ordinary we'd go for. We ended up with tickets to see GAIS vs Elfsborg in Gothenburg.
An early flight on the Friday and a late flight on the Sunday gave good time for tourism on a long weekend, and the Saturday for a sports day at the football game, followed by us booking a game with the local ice hockey team after. The hotel was located in the city centre, a 5 minute walk to the stadium.
This was not what you'd consider to be one of the "big" leagues, giving the high quality football, however the atmosphere, location, food and culture more than made it a great trip.

I bought this for my son's 18th, him and his girlfriend had a great time in Berlin. Great seats and the hotel was in a perfect location. Be aware you'll have to pay extra to book seats together and to take more than a small backpack on the plane, this pushed the cost up by over £100 meaning the whole thing cost £1000 (it was in August which I assume pushed the prices up alot). Overall I'm very pleased and would use again.

Fantastic away day trip to Sweden, booking process was flawless and communication nearer to the time of the trip was great. When we arrived to Stockholm got a free hotel upgrade and free breakfast 🥞👍 footy match was great, saw 10 goals, seats were superb and Stockholm was fantastic one of the best cities I’ve visited. Flights were great at my local airport. All in all a great trip/match for a good price will be doing one again next year. Thank you mystery away days - fantastic trip 👍

I don't want to sound bitter because we got given a poor experience - I fully understand the gamble when making the booking. However what's disappointing is the continuous poor option choices given to us by Mystery Away Days

1) We asked for somewhere out of the ordinary. Not your standard main countries. We were ignored & sent to France

2) We were given Paris FC. A league 2 side. We checked the prices of the tickets online. It was €5 for an adult & children were free entry. After being ignored on location, it wouldn't be too bad if we were at least given a League 1 side

3) We landed in Beauvais airport which is a 2hr commute from Paris central. If we had landed in Charles De Gaulle airport we would have been a lot closer. Again, we checked the prices on SkyScanner & it was only £20 more expensive to land in Charles De Gaulle which would have saved us 2hrs extra travel. Taxis/trains are not cheap!

4) The hotel was on the outskirts of the city. Not central

I feel as if they've squeezed every single penny from our booking to maximise their profit. I understand Mystery Away Days is a business & are there to make money, but to shaft us by not giving us the countries we requested, the game, long distance airport & hotel is very disappointing

The weekend away was great. Great location, great game and great people. They were fast to respond to any queries we had and followed up after to see hiw it went. 10 out of 10

First of all easy to book. What else can I say the guys sent us to Bratislava and what a weekend it was from the football to the city to the nightlife. One of the best weekends I’ve had. Will Definitely be booking again.
