This is our 3rd trip with these guys, and again it was a good experience. Our trip was to Barcelona and game was in Girona. A fair trek outside of the city but do able. Hotel was spot on, definitely the best one we have stayed at with these guys. Only issue we had, although this had nothing to do with MAD is the transport system was poor. Uber XL aren’t allowed to pick up at the airport so we had to take two normal uber as there was 5 of us. Also the trains are really poor. We had a 40 minute delay going to Girona ,and coming back the last train out was cancelled with no replacement and staff couldn’t tell us if they were going to get us back to Barcelona. There was at least a hundred people in the same boat. We ended up sharing a mini bus with a Spaniard and a couple of Finns back and split the 200 euro fee between us. So my advice would be don’t leave it till last minute to leave for Girona and maybe have a little nest egg for a cab back just in case. Don’t let that put you off though. The Girona stadium is a great little stadium and you get plenty of time to explore Barca

I went to the inter v Napoli game with my 3 sons and Husband. Milan was amazing the sites are great. We all enjoyed the game, the atmosphere was great.

Great trip. Well organised. Kept well informed throughout. Accommodation needed a bit of updating, but location was very good and flight times ideal.

I hadn’t been abroad for 19 years, decided on a whim to book the Valencia Vs Sevilla package and it was incredible, the locals were great, and everything about the whole weekend was fantastic, I would suggest using the hotel package as we found our own and it would of been easier to use the one provided, can’t wait to use MAD again- made it all very easy and relaxing .

We all had a fantastic weekend thanks to the Mystery Away Days team. 3 whole days in Nantes, France with the accommodation and match tickets for the Ligue 1 match between FC Nantes & RC Lens. This is the second one of these we've done and we've loved both.

Booked the trip for my brothers 21st Birthday. We’d never been to a game outside of the UK before. Jordan and the team made our experience so easy and straight forward. We had an amazing time watching Inter at the San Siro. I can’t recommend the idea of Mystery Away Days enough!

Amazing experience!! Unreal choice of game with a great atmosphere! We had never been to Croatia before so another country ticked off! Transport was easy to sort out using Ubers and everything was within 5 miles of each other. Great away day and will do it again!!

Mystery Away Days were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We booked to watch Sporting Lisbon v Estrela and had a fantastic time – from the moment we got our trip details through to getting back home, everything was smooth, well planned and completely stress-free. I honestly can’t praise the team enough for their customer service and planning – they were super friendly, responsive and made the whole thing feel special. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be booking again.

What a weekend (not surprised really as this is the 3rd time we’ve done this)
The anticipation about not knowing where you’re going is great. I book this trip in about May or June for the last weekend in November. Then 2 weeks before we fly I get the email saying where we’re off.

It’s such a great idea and both myself and my son truly love it and pack as much into that weekend as we possibly can, food tours, open top bus rides, local attractions for wherever we are.

Customer service is on point to as I booked with one passport number (not realising that it would be out of date) and emailed the guys/girls at MAD and they sorted the booking accordingly.

If you’re not sure about booking, bite the bullet. You’ll be hooked.

Bit of a shame with flight times. Also the travelling from the airport to the apartment after a late flight. The accommodation was brilliant. But on the whole it seemed like every aspect was done as cheap as possible. I understand the company must make money but I feel like they made alot from our trip. I won't do this again and will book a trip on my own.

Avoid. I booked the trip for a birthday present for my dad and his friends. On the day before the trip they told us there was an issue getting the football match tickets but that they would have them with us the next day.
Next day at 15.30pm I emailed asking for the tickets only to be told that they could not get tickets for the game as promised. After several emails mystery away days told us they spoke with the club and assured us we could pay at the door when we got out to the stadium, this was not ideal as we had already paid for the tickets but the group decided to go to the game anyway.
When we got to the stadium ticket office they told us the game was sold out and we couldn't get in.
This has been an absolute disaster and I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are also not willing to refund me for the trip as the whole trip is based on a football match weekend and this was not provided

Really great trip . We got sent to Madrid to see Leganes. Id never heard of them before, but what a great trip and a great game.
Everything was well organised and great value . Ideally , our hotel would have been closer to the city or ground , but we had an awesome time anyways. Thanks guys .

Excellent trip to Berlin to see Hertha at Olympiastadion Berlin. Great flight times meant we had 3 full days to explore Berlin and 2 nights. Hotel was ideal and in a good location with plenty of transport links to the stadium, town and airport. Great surprise and birthday present for my boyfriend. We had a fantastic time and I would book again.

Very well organized and sourced accommodation, match tickets and flights. For the price charged we were very impressed with the standard of accommodation and the aspects the Company organized on our behalf.

Great concept and we will be using them again.

Was amazingly good value for money, the booking process and help along the way was second to none. Would highly recommend!

Just got back from my 3rd Mystery Awayday. Having previously visited Copenhagen and Venice, this time my brother and I were sent to Prague to see Dukla Prague v Sigma Olumouc. Flight time out was good on the Friday and we managed to see some of the the nightlife. On the Saturday we caught a tram to the stadium which cost buttons and then into the ground to witness a 2-2 draw. In the evening we found a Scottish bar and watched the Celtic game. On the Sunday the flight back wasn't until 10pm so we had the whole day to see the sights of Prague. Overall a fantastic experience again and a special mention must be given to the Hotel Adeba where we stayed which was handy for the Metro and tram stops and above all was clean and the staff wrre very friendly.

Great trip to the French Riviera with my son to watch Nice v Lyon. Could not fault Mystery Away Days - excellent customer service to help me changing my flights around. Hotel was perfect and well-situated, and match itself was a great experience with seats directly behind the goal. Even fitted in a sneaky trip to Monaco !
