Convenient and easy to use
Easy to use and I love the portal for uploading receipts and tracking my shipment. They are always communicating the status of my orders and even and a picture of the package when they receive it.

Best international shipping option!
I live in a country that many online shopping sites don’t ship to. I was hesitant to open a MyMalls account but honestly, I’m so glad I did. I’ve used this for quite a few orders & I swear I will never use a local freight forwarding/shipping company EVER again. MyMalls is SO easy, it’s free, and it has very convenient features like the package consolidation option. If you live outside the U.S, this should be your go to for shipping!!

Superb website and transparency (BEWARE IMPORT DUTIES)
Superb website and functionality. MyMalls makes the process ultra transparent and comforting. CAVEAT: This is not MyMalls fault, but DO CHECK the destination country's duty laws. In Barbados, the cost was a HUGE shock. Since Barbados (and other countries) add their duty ON TOP of freight costs, then tax ON TOP of all that, I think MyMalls should offer more flexibility on bundling incoming parcels potentially split (like Amazon does). Especially for tiny parcels which could very easily be dropped into an existing box being shipped to the customer. So instead of a hard limit to 3 incoming parcels, maybe a weight quota, or bundle all items of a single order, even if at the source it's split into more than 3. In fact, why not proportionally charge more for this service (money to MyMalls for bundling, no need to declare to customs authority), to reduce declared freight costs to an absolute minimum.
