Really Amazing and Convenient Service
The experience was great because there's always someone available to assist you with any issues you may have with your package. Another thing is that I travel a lot because of work and I'm able to change my delivery location to anywhere that's in the listing. That feature is really amazing and makes life a lot simple.

Fantastic Shipping and Customer Service.
We’ve had a wonderful experience thus far using my malls. They make shipping to the Caribbean quick and easy and their helpful staff are always ensuring that customers questions are met with real answers that provide real solutions. We recently had an issue with accidentally ordering a prohibited item but they alerted us in a timely manner and even went a step beyond by assisting us in the exact procedure to have the item turned to the original supplier.

Excellent Service from Actual Humans
MyMalls is a free service with human customer service agents. Actual people, you can call to help you or ask questions. Once you upload your invoices early, they notify you of shipment arrivals, are willing to consolidate the packages for you, and don't kill you with pricing. Honestly, they have saved me a lot of money and I am able to make my deadline dates because of them.

Saving money is always a plus
From placing my order, adding the invoices and tracking numbers to the site is all a smooth transaction. I love when I can combine my order to one large package that may have shipped at different times to be sent to me which in return costs less and saving money is always a plus.
