No pressure sales person who was pleasant to talk to and very informative on the policy I was going to have , all in all a better experience than normal when choosing insurance ?

Excellent service! great communication skills, and nothing is too much trouble. Explained the process and cover from start to finish. Cannot recommend My Insurance enogh.

Thankfully they followed up E Mails with a telephone call to renew I had completely forgotten .So polite, helpful and fantastic value for money.

I’d been repeatedly declined by multiple companies for reasons that were outside of my control, so I was expecting another dead end. Jess didn’t give up, she took the time to understand my situation, emailed me a few times to gather the right details, and kept me updated throughout. Thanks to her persistence and support, I finally got the insurance in place. Really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend.

I've insured my caravan/lodge with them for a good few years now and have always been pleasantly surprised by the annual premiums. The are polite and helpful on every occasion.

The renewal policy came well in advance to allow scrutiny.
Also the company telephones to make sure you are aware of the email.
The information highlighted changes eg wording in plain English in specific sections.
The only area of concern is that it is all digital. I assume if you cannot print you send the park manager a digital copy of the insurance document to confirm your caravan is covered.
Again you are reliant on keeping everything in digital form which is the norm to keep costs minimal no doubt.
Otherwise happy with the service and have not yet claimed on it.
